Ever since I found this store, its my go-to for everything I need. High quality products at a better price beating Wal-Mart, Canadian Tire and BMR in both price and helpful friendly staff.

Got arrassed and insulted by the director for mentioning the danger of forcing clients to take a basket. Basic laboratory protocols of sterilizations understand that taking a used clothe with a bottle of detergent to partially clean the handle does not constitute sterilization protocol in any way. It is better than nothing for clients who need a basket, but forcing client who does not is simply adding vectors of contamination. One client with Covid-19 come and automatically, everybody else that comes after risk getting it. Got insulted when i walked out, harrassed in the store by staff. Never going back.

Always helpful staff. Today I was at the store and really needed a part to turn my water valve back on again. I couldn’t find it anywhere. Sylvain in plomberie told me it was out of stock and he had to order it. Ten minutes after I left, he called me to let me know he had found one. I was impressed with the fact that he was conscientious about his client. Thank you Sylvain 🙏🏻

Best store sells amazing stuff. Till you need to return. I bought a rechargeable 12” grass trimmer. after every charge for a few hours till it showed that the battery is full it worked for less then 5 minutes. When I returned it they took it from me for the day to confirm that it’s not functioning properly. And when I came to get my refund they tested it for 20-30 seconds and said that it works perfectly and there is nothing wrong with the item. Didn’t refund me or even acknowledge that it’s not working. I wonder why they even have a return policy??!!

A very good building supply store, and with great service! Easy to find things and there is always knowledgeable staff nearby happy to help. Even when they didn't have what I needed they told me where in the region I could find it.

Ok price and choice for building materials I was always pleased with L&M. BUT If you need tools check elsewhere; pretty annoying staff you can't even shop power tools and accessoires without being harassed by employees who don't really know what they're selling anyway. I understand they're afraid of shoplifting but I was out there to buy a mitre saw, blades & shop vac I was so upset I drove 30 min to get everything I needed at Home Depot for a lower price. I don't mind encouraging more expensive local businesses but being treated like a no good for nothing piece of... doesn't really tip the scale in their favor. Happened twice in the tools dept lately.

Everyone is knowledgable, nice and ready to help. Such a refreshing change from most hardware stores. I love going here, a great experience from start to finish everytime .
