I have never seen such an unprofessional and unpleasant clinic to deal with. I show up to my appointment and the receptionist says my appointment is the Monday week before - A DAY BEFORE I CALL THEM TO TAKE THE APPOINTMENT. Her and the owner Sherif kept arguing for an hour about how it wasnt their fault, that would have been plenty of time for a check up. One star is even too much for a bunch of bad people working in customer service. And we are talking about a private clinic here.. a very dirty one i might add.

Medi-Club Physio is a gem of a clinic. After a string of bad luck I started seeing David for my physiotherapy needs and I couldn’t be happier. He has helped me, and continues to help me, get back on my feet pain free. The entire staff is great and operates with a strong team spirit.

Tore my MCL in mid July and came to see Cherif about 2 weeks later, he was always super nice and made my recovery so much faster and and better. Overall it was super beneficial and never had a bad session.

The people working at this place are helpful, friendly and they try to get you an appointment that fits your schedule. The physiotherapists are all good and knowledgeable.

Medi-Club is a professional establishment to assist clients in their rehabilitation through physiotherapy. Paolo De Luca is a great therapist. He has helped me with my frozen shoulder. I highly recommend him and the facility.

After years of back pain and little relief from the Chiropractic treatments I was following at the time, a friend suggested trying Physiotherapy. I did quite a bit of searching online and came across Elie Wakim at Medi-Club Physio in Kirkland. After reading about his experience and education, I knew I wanted to try this Physiotherapist. From that point on, it's been nothing less than amazing in terms of the relief from pain in my back. In addition, I've gained so much flexibility in my everyday movements. These issues were something that my Chiropractor suggested I might have to live with and accept. I am so very grateful for what he has done for me and would recommend him to anyone. If you are in need of a Physiotherapist, you will not find better than Elie Wakim. He is simply a credit to his profession.

I highly recommend Cherif Rafla . He is currently treating my shoulder and I have been seeing improvements since my first treatment. He is very patient and takes the time to explain so I can easily understand what the problem is. My speedy recovery is all thanks to him! As for the Clinique, it is very clean, and the receptionist greets you with a warm welcome.

This review is only for the front desk staff. Carolyn or Caroline (don’t really know her name) is very rude. I’ve heard the way she speaks to her co workers and I’ve also heard from others that she can be petty and just all around mean. Every times I’ve been there she’s been on her cell phone talking to someone/about something that doesn’t seem work related . Besides that my physiotherapy experience was good

My son is a junior tennis athlete with more than 15 hours tennis a week. We started to visit Cherif since Dec 2021 and we keep regular basis to visit him. Cherif is a very professional and very experience physio. The evaluation from him is usually accurate and the way he did to my son is always helpful.

I can not say enough good about Medi-club Physio! Elie is extremely professional. He listens and focuses on your needs. Lana is my angel!! If I could financially go to her every week for a therapeutic massage I would! This place is not at all close to where I live, but I’ve tried so many other places. This one is definitely worth the commute!

I've been seeing Elie (physio/osteo) intermittently for the past few years now and am always in awe at the knowledge and expertise he possesses for his craft. As I get older, yet still wanting to maintain fitness with a variety of sports, this place is instrumental in keeping my body aligned and addressing all the issues that come with simply moving. Like any good garage for a vehicle, medi-club physio is THE garage for my body.
