Today I went to La Baie d'Hudson in Fairview to look for a specific lipstick I needed. I went to the kiosk of the brand (Dior) and there was no one there. After some time, a woman came and said that she'd answer my question "quickly", because apparently she had to take care of something else that was more important. I asked if the item that I wanted was available and she looked for it really quickly. After, she told me that it wasn't available and I asked her if she could look for it in other locations. She then proceeded to say that she was "too busy" to look and then left the kiosk unattended. Worst customer service I've ever gotten. Treated me like a child. I ended up going to Sephora, where the staff was very fast, nice and helpful.

The store itself is like most other Bay locations: Dated decor, stocked shelves, and yellow-ish floors. It's fine. You can easily find whatever it is you're looking for and they decorate nicely according to the season. The massive detriment is trying to find a floor associate. There are checkout stations advertised throughout the store but there is rarely ever anyone there aside from the main one in a corner somewhere. If you don't need to talk to anyone, then this is likely a 4/5. At least they don't mind speaking English here. No dirty looks!

Really needs some renovations and clean up. Changing rooms are beat up, dirty and have a smell to the them. Simon's really puts them to shame now that they're also in Fairview.

It’s twice now in the past few years I’ve gone now. I’m standing at the counter and will not receive service. The male worker with white hair and glasses both times is clearly not doing anything but will not approach me because of my appearance. I am dressed as a farmer. I stand there long enough to start to feel personally insulted. I said fine I’ll go buy it somewhere else where I get service out loud. I do not appreciate this and shouldn’t be happening. My money is as good as someone dressed pampered.

Good for perfumes. Otherwise, it's too expensive. They are located in a popular mall, and many stores have the majority of the same selection as The Bay does for much cheaper prices.

Visited this branch of Hudson Bay for the second time, i have nothing but good reviews to give of the Hudson Bay store in Fairview. Love the selection at The Bay, they have a brands you don't find anywhere else! Emile Henry, Swilling, Smeg rétro, Staub, Nespresso, and much more! They have expensive brands and everything you need in this beautiful spot, but the Prices are high but still you can get some good deals.

You got time ? This place is huge and has so many sections and floors, it smells good and there are not many windows in sight unless you purposefully walk completely to the end of a floor - you can find all things fashion for women men and kids, but also things like Nespresso, home stuff, camping gear and many other things. I just like the smell of perfumes so much, the ground floor is my favorite to linger around

I like to shop at the Bay, there are many products that I like and the promotions are good. However their changing rooms really need to be improved. First of all, there are only two changing rooms on first floor (9 divided rooms). Always a line up in the weekend. The rooms are in very poor conditions and most of them have no locks. The space is so tiny and there are people chatting and trying clothes right outside your door like a market. I have to say their changing rooms are the worst of the mall and the worst I’ve ever been to. I attached some pictures of the very poor rooms.

After many years of seeing this store I'm happy that it seems to be improving slightly. It's not like it was thirty years ago but after years of having a dated decor and unkept lobby renovations are starting. There are once again more people helping out on the floor. This is a big improvement over the past two years when the sections were ghost towns when it came to finding an employee. Lots of work is still ahead but there is a lot of new selection. Hopefully prices remain reasonable. I don't expect this to be a bargain store but some incentives would be appreciated.

Good selection of mainstream clothing brands but few employees if you need help

They charged my bank account 1240$ for multiple charges online for towels ! They weren't even able to process my actual order but they did charge my account multiple times for the same order with several transactions totalling 1340$ I spent hours on the phone with customer service on this December 24th for nothing .

Good service. Need better signage to inform people with disabilities where the elevators are located, particularly in front of the escalators. Walkers should not be used in the escalators.

If i could give zero stars I would. Worst customer service ever every time i go. This was my last time ever shopping from this company. The only good thing about this company is them being consistently horrible at customer service at every single location I’ve visited along with phone customer service equally as in existent and rude. The company can’t keep their word. Its a mess. Online authorizes for in store return which employees refuse to accept. Made a home fashion by phone , i got charged on my card, i still have no receipt or record with order number or any details.

I always find it comforting to walk into this store, it's well lit, well designed, while keeping it classic. The perfume counters are my favourite, and I like exploring all the levels of clothing and accessories. As with any store, some clerks are nice, others not so much.

Wanted to buy a bag and purse for my wife, needed some help my the blond lady in bag sections was super rude and more interested in her phone and to chat with her colleague.

A very outdated store, how they will attract customers with such gloomy displays, low lighting, lack of merchandise, huge unused space, it is a haunted house...

The Bay at Carrefour Angrignon is pitiful. They should have focussed on fashion and forget about housewares and furniture. As it is, there is not enough of any one thing. Not worth the visit. Maybe build a second floor like at other malls.

the lady working in the dior section is very raciest and mean. I was there yesterday. I saw her speaking to a young Arab girl in a very mean way. The girl walked out with tears in her eyes

Sales ladies were not so willing to help, a little snooty if I can say that. However when I came up a sales woman at the online returns, yes she was snooty, but she gave me good service quand meme. Merci
