I’m so impressed with the service provided at this clinic. I was given an appointment the same day as I was having unbearable acute pain. I was received and treated with a lot of empathy, understanding and expertise by dr. Marmy and his team. In fact, I am immediately switching clinics to become their permanent patient if they’ll have me. Bonus (if this matters to you as it does to me): it is a Covid-safe environment, as it can be. I would not mention this but I experienced the previous clinic where Covid seems to be ignored, they didn’t even provide sanitizer at the entrance or other parts of the clinic. Bonus 2: team is bilingual which helped me a lot.

Malgré quelques soucis administratifs tels que des rendez-vous placé à des jours non défini par le patient ou autre. Cette infrastructure a le mérite de toujours suivre les patients en leur annonçant quelques jours auparavant via SMS, l’heure et la date de rendez-vous. De plus les soins qualitatifs administrés à la clientèle, ainsi que le personnel chaleureux apportent une ambiance apaisante et réconfortante au sein du cabinet que peu ont le mérite d’avoir.

C’était très bien, par contre, depuis qu’Adent à repris la main ça a beaucoup beaucoup baissé. Deux factures pour la même chose à quelques jours d’intervalle, personnel qui change tous les quinze jours. Dommage

accueil chaleureux et à l'écoute, praticiens très compètent, je recommande.

Je suis toujours très bien pris en charge par l’hygiéniste. Hier c’était une remplaçante et elle a été vraiment très bien. Avec une belle musique en plus!
