    Ordered a couple of garments and tried them on and they didn't fit, now they said they wont take them back as the security seal that they add to all edges of the boxes was opened?? HOW ARE YOU MEANT TO TRY THINGS ON? this is against trading standards and totally unacceptable. I will be perusing this until I get a refund.

    Erste Lieferung durch eigenen Fehler direkt wieder ungeöffnet retourniert, dennoch wurde stur (wenn auch korrekt) auf den 10% Bearbeitungsgebühr gemäss AGB beharrt. Dies obwohl noch vor Rücksendung ein ähnlicher Artikel im gleichen Preisbereich nachbestellt und dieser dann in bereits geöffneter Verpackung (!) angeliefert wurde. Weder seriös noch kundenfreundlich, schade.
