Dommage il y a jamais de place de parc de libre devant le magasin, les gens qui vont prendre le train se parc la... et quand on a plusieurs sacs de 15kg c est pas pratique du coup je commande en France

Grand magasin beaucoup de choix prix intéressant sur certain articles.les vendeuses sont très souriante j aime bien ce côté agréable.

I found Warms in the cat food and got send away by employee, because " i can't prove it was their warms". I bought cat food from the brand, that belongs to maxi zoo brand and found worms inside! I am a breeder and my cat has kittens of 2 days old, so i can't give her this. Also i was concerned that other packs can be contaminated. I came to the shop. My "bonjour" was ignored. The employee at the cashiers looked at me and looked at her wrist. Great welcome, but ok. I calmy approach and explain the situation. All what she says : "and?" And "Madame, maybe you left it out for too long". I literally has opened it and saw things moving inside! I immediately took it out away from my cat. She said :" Madame you cant prove it was in, if you see what i mean". It was very unprofessional and rude. I will no longer trust it. I cant put all my cattery in danger and i no longer recommend maxi zoo brands to anyone not only to my offsprings and adoptants.

Excellent conseil ! Nous sommes arrivés tout perdu avec un petit chaton fraîchement arrivé à la maison. Les conseils du personnel ont été complets, professionnels et très serviables. Dans toutes ces gammes de produits, on nous a très bien guidé ! Je recommande 👌🏻

Le magasin est bien niveau choix,mais au niveau personnel ce jour la, vendredi 13 exactement, quand on a des petits enfants c'est clair que l on doit les surveiller, mais madame un peu de diplomatie dans vos remarques,je ne mettrais plus les pieds dans ce magasin,il y en a d'autres aux alentours et bien plus sympathique, surtout aux prix où on paye nos achats,l amabilité doit être présente
