Base Vevey was fantastic. Gabrielle and Mehdi were so welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean, very well appointed and quiet. The location can’t be beat. The roof top terrace is stunning and the patio is lovely. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the complementary bicycles as well. So glad we chose to stay in Vevey ( as opposed to Montreux) and specifically this hotel. Highly recommend.

One of the loveliest accommodations! Staff was really nice and helpful and the hotel amenities were simply classy at its best. Quality is of top-notch, and we also did our laundry here, which only cost 10 CHF! Location was also excellent, and the staff even allowed us to deposit our luggage with them after check out. Overall, I would stay at Base Vevey again if I'm back in Vevey. Thanks for the hospitality!

Nice, modern hotel close to the Vevey train station. The facility is not huge and the room is compact, but staff is super nice and helpful during checkin and checkout. We came during Christmas season and they gave us a small bag of goodies, which was a nice touch. The room is clean and modern. There’s an elevator too inside which is always helpful for those with luggage.

We love our stay at Base Vevey. Clean, modern, friendly and helpful staff. Our baby also enjoyed the room and a comfy crib. We will definitely return.

Stayed at 2 places at Vevey and this is by far a lot better. For a slightly higher price, Base Vevey offers so much more and at a better quality. Friendly and helpful staff. Good quality rooms and beds. Good air-conditioning. They got the basic and important stuff done very well.

We stayed at Base Vevey for 4 nights in late August/early September and LOVED it. We had a last minute itinerary change and needed to find a place near Lac Leman (Lake Geneva). Thankfully we found Base Vevey online. We chose it because of the good reviews, and they didn't disappoint. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are amazingly clean (I am very picky), and the amenities just what you need. (The only thing I would mention is they don't have face cloths, only the hand towel and the bath towel.) This is an apartment/hotel, so each room has a little kitchenette, with a mini fridge, sink, dishwasher, and plates/cups/flatware, and good space for storage. It is not a "luxurious hotel" but more of an upscale all purpose apartment hotel. They also have two washers and dryers if you need to do laundry. The hotel has a roof-top veranda, with a beautiful view of the Lake and gorgeous sunsets, so we took advantage of it at night. The location is right across from the train station, so that was very convenient, and just a short walk from Downtown Vevey and the Lake. If we are fortunate enough to plan another trip to Vevey, we would definitely stay here again.

Loved this hotel for a short trip to Vevey for work. Very spacious rooms, clean and airy. Rooms come with a very well equipped kitchen as well, there is even a dishwasher in the room. They have a gym, a sauna, a bar, meeting rooms and a rooftop terrace open to guests. The staff at reception is really helpful and friendly and made our stay really comfortable, especially when we needed some adapters for the plugs and a place to leave our bags for a few hours. The hotel is very close to the town centre, the lake and the train station so it was easy to get everywhere on foot from there. Will definitely stay again.

Top Unterkunft in Vevey. Drei Minuten zu Fuss vom Bahnhof. Sehr freundlicher Empfang von den MitarbeiterInnen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, die Küche sehr gut ausgestatet. Altstadt und Einkaufsmöglichleiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Base Vevey ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Very clean, comfortable and modern hotel with a lot of amenities. The mini kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed cooking a nice meal with some groceries purchased from the Manor food market nearby. The rooftop terrace has beautiful views. The bikes would have been fun but are too big for us to use. We got a Montreux Riviera Card which gives free bus and train rides around Vevey and Montreux and 50% off at a lot of attractions, we used it to go to Chillon Castle. The hotel is super close to the train station making it convenient to visit Montreux, Lausanne, and Lavaux Vineyards. Only negatives are that the area around the train station and river can feel a bit sketchy at night with people loitering around (during the day it feels safe as there is more commuter traffic), and this place seems popular with families so you may occasionally hear some noise from babies in the morning. But overall the sound proofing is good and we slept really well. We would happily stay here again on our next visit.

Ein sehr schönes, gemütliches Appart'hôtel. Geräumige Zimmer, sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Konzept des Hotels ist super. Wenn man Frühstück im Hotel bestellt, wir es frisch vom Bäcker am nächsten Morgen geliefert und vor der Tür deponiert. Eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine ist im Zimmer vorhanden, genau wie ein Kühlschrank, Geschirr usw. Man ist in 5 Minuten am See und ebenso schnell am Bahnhof. Alles ist unkompliziert zu erreichen.

Wonderful hotel apartment. There's everything we needed to feel like at home. Brand new and best of quality kitchen appliances, laundry room in the first floor, nespreso machine with refill capsules. In Vevey I would not choose anywhere else. Near train Station and busses,grocery shopping. Clean and good place to stay.
