    5 star hotel with terrace eating that does not really match the ambitions of the hotel part with the exception of the prices. When you are eating by yourself you are intimately accompanied by the house sparrows unless you hide your food. However this can also be great fun if you have brought a good camera. The young staff is kind but lacks attention to details. Not particularly good value for money.

    I was extremely comfortable during my stay recently. My suite was spacious, airy and relaxing with incredible views of the lake. The meals I took there were wonderful and the whole team were completely professional and friendly. I was pleased to hear that investment in the hotel will be made to ensure the quality and finish of the space is kept high after a difficult couple years through the pandemic.

    Possibly one of my favorite hotels ever. Vevey itself is a gem and this is undoubtedly the best place to stay. Absolute class.

    We spent 8 glorious days at the Hôtel des Trois Couronnes & Destination Spa. We were celebrating our 5th anniversary and attending the 2023 Montreux Jazz Festival. This intimate and classic European hotel was perfectly located and situated. The bus stop was steps away, which you can use with the complimentary Riviera Card that provides free public bus transport between 4 cities. The train station was 3 bus stops away and all public transportation is always on time. This hotel is the BEST hotel I’ve stayed in thus far and I’ve stayed in many hotels throughout the world. The service is TOP NOTCH and the hotel has modern updates while preserving the classic European charm and it is absolutely stunning! It is VERY clean and well kept. The room was very spacious with a huge walk-in closet and a huge bathroom. Just stunning! We had a very large balcony with views of Lake Geneva. Again, just stunning! The food is delicious and fresh along with the daily provided Swiss refreshments and chocolate, which are also complimentary. From the moment we walked into the hotel after traveling all day from Baltimore, Maryland in the US, we were greeted by our last name and immediately checked in. Our luggage was taken to to our room and the gentleman also showed us how to electronically open the blinds in our room. There are only 71 rooms and you are treated like royalty. I’m not certain if anyone can match the service that EVERYONE in this hotel provided. Speaking of service, my husband and I were extremely impressed with Mathias, a young college student who provided excellent service daily. His attentiveness and professionalism was something to behold and we were super impressed. We shared this with he and his manager as we felt he has a very bright future. The hotel is conveniently located in beautiful Vevey, close to Montreux and Lausanne. It is the perfect location to attend the jazz festival without the hustle and bustle of the evening festivities. To our surprise, we were taken to the MJF by boat across Lake Geneva (complimentary service) where we were provided with a wine of our choice and some Swiss treats. Switzerland is stunning and clean. The cities are wonderful to explore and beautiful! Unfortunately we did not go to the complimentary Spa however, this hotel is a must stay and will be revisited. I am a travel agent (ELM Travel Therapy) and I will recommend this hotel to all of my clients. If you are on the fence, don’t be! This is the perfect choice and you will NOT be disappointed!

    What makes this place really special is the impeccable service. We used to be frequent guests at Grand Hotel Du Lac in Vevey but the service was just always a little disappointing. Not in this hotel though! The reception staff remember you by your name and room number and are so friendly and helpful and really go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Especially Emma and Philippe were phenomenal concierges, this hotel is very lucky to have them. The location and the view from the rooms is lovely. The rooms were kept very clean throughout our stay, there was always a turndown service and prompt reaction to our requests but I will say the rooms could do with a small renovation as they have seen better days. The breakfast selection could also be a bit larger but is completely acceptable. We will happily come back here!

    Trois couronnes and five stars... ...for the friendliness and professionalism of the staff ...for the beautiful rooms and spaces - we even received an upgrade... Thank you! ...for the wonderful SPA ...for the fine breakfast ...for the peaceful atmosphere We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend this hotel!

    We only visited the restaurant for a business dinner and were disappointed. At 5* hotel one expects a 5* service, which was not the case. The food also did not measure up. Location was beautiful.

    As a family of 7 members we stayed over the weekend. We loved the hotel and the views, sadly the service did not match the price. Except for 2 individuals that I can personally give 5 star rating, others were simply average or marking time as a job without understanding the basics of customer service. Hope the management reads this and take action. We have travel around many places within Switzerland and other parts of the world and found our experience over the weekend as ordinary, in particularly in the post pandemic recovery period that the hotel staff are not focused on the customer service!!!

    The hotel is one emblematic place in the Vaud Canton. The rooms and whole Hotel are really cool and well conserved. Ive been there in various parties and the ambience is really cool. Very recommended to enjoy a great stay with beautiful lake views!

    Excellent stay. The perfect place to escape to when the weather is terrible and you still want to go somewhere. A true home away from home. The staff have struck the right balance: attentive yet friendly and relaxed. Thank you for the lovely room and the extra surprise! Looking forward to returning when the weather is warmer so we can enjoy the gardens and the lake even more.

    Great stay! The partial lake view rooms true to their name as the lake was only in view with the doors open, but the property was fantastic and breakfast/service top notch. Would like to visit again soon.

    The worst ever service I saw in my life in this hotel I can’t believe is 5 star hotel!!!!! I called few day’s ago to celebrate veryyyy special day in this hotel in restaurant came alll the way from very far away. The person who answered my call in restaurant said last order at 9 pm if in house guest is 9:30 Pm which I totally understand I said I might be late because of the traffic in Lausanne so it’s fine if I am late 10 mins he stared to say noooo I told you not possible atttttt allllllll and i said only 5 mins I am late is that fine he said after 5 mins you won’t enter the restaurant and I was begging him my friend get verrrryyyy upset the way how he replies us and said will never go to this hotel after we only see the attitude like this . please please head managers have training for your staff how to speak to customers we don’t ask for free dinner so shame to have person to answer phone like him in 5 star hotel .

    Right at the edge of Lake Geneva with a magnificent view of France surrounded with iconic statues of Charlie Chaplin and the stainless steel fork. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

    We had a wonderful experience with the Hotel‘s event manager, Mme Aubier. She is professional, has lots of experience and a feeling for what we needed and wished. It was a pleasure to be in contact with her.

    We have been guests to this hotel recently. It is not the first time, actually: we have been at this hotel previously several times. But this time I had to complain several times about our stay, unfortunately without a solution, about: 1. Heating in the room was not functioning and it was cold in the evening making for an unpleasant sleep. The problem was not fixed, we were not offered a portable heater or anything. As a consequence, my wife is now sick. 2. We found a large spider in our room. 3. The towel heater didn't work either. The only compensation that I got from the hotel staff was a redeem of 60 CHF for our room upgrade. I find this level of compensation not on par with a hotel of this category and reputation. Honestly I expected something else.
