This is my second stay at the HBR - the perfect place to relax and enjoy the fantastic view over the Lac Léman. Very friendly hotel staff, clean and quiet rooms, free tea and coffee on each floor and rich breakfast buffet. The hotel restaurant offers excellent food and very professional service. Convenient location with large parking space and the bus 201 (Vevey – Montreux – Villeneuve) in front of the hotel entrance. Transport voucher included in the hotel reservation. I strongly recommend the Hotel Bon Rivage in La Tour de Peilz. C.K.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel, including a nice dinner in the restaurant. It‘s not the cheapest place to stay, but we found the price for what we have been offered fair. We even got an upgrade to a room with a view. Will definitely stay again.

Great location, service and stunning building. Rooms are badly in need of an upgrade and ventilation is a serious issue. Not sure how that would function in winter but it becomes seriously uncomfortable in the room when you have to close the windows during a storm or heavy rain.

Three star hotel, so limited services. Good included breakfasts. No air conditioning, so if it's likely to be 30 degrees maybe think again. Great views if facing the lake. Mid way between Vevey and Montreux. You get a free local bus pass. 201 service right outside takes you to both places.

Hotel Bon Rivage is located in a beautiful and peaceful setting on Lake Geneva. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are smartly appointed. The meals in The Garden Restaurant Terrasse are excellent! There is a large, well cared for garden on the property where fresh vegetables are grown. And of course colorful roses and other various flowers are also present. For all who wish refined and graceful accommodations, Hotel Bon Rivage is an excellent value. Rob Caskey

When you take the room with a vith a view it is super. The other rooms can be very small and you have to bend to stand in the shower.

Despite it has a nice location, this hotels' services lost in quality over the last four years in which I visited almost regulary. My mattress at room 112 was terrible. Some of the rooms interior need renovation.

This place was stunning. Beautiful location. Directly on the lake with garden access. Rooms understated and elegant. We had a fabulous view down over the small harbour/jetty and would definitely recommend. Staff were fabulous.

Great place for a short holiday. The staff is very friendly and our room was very comfortable and offered a fantastic view. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the very tasty dinner. All in all we would rate this hotel with more than 3 stars.

The property is large with its own parking and garden/ farm. The location is also very good with direct access to the waterfront. The room was very spacious and so was the bathroom. However, the shower cubicle was very small - a lean person like me also found it difficult as i used to end up banging my elbow either on the sliding door or the soap rack. The restaurant is also good offering excellent food. A bit pricey but there aren't too many restaurants around so you won't have much choice unless you travel to vevey or Montreux. The best part is that they give you Montreux Riviera cards (named) which give you good discounts on nearby tourist attractions as well as free public transport between lavaux and Montreux. Unfortunately we visited the Chaplin's world before checking in otherwise we would have got a 50% discount with those cards. Overall, a very nice stay and I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location right on the lake, beautiful views, friendly receptionists, tastefully decorated room. We had a great time there.

Perfect location, close to the train stations, attentive and helpful staff, simple but excellent breakfast (the best croissants).

A very enjoyable stay. Great location overlooking the lake. Rooms are lovely, especially overlooking the lake. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. The lounge is quite small so may be a problem if the hotel is busy. No bar. Tea/coffee facilities on each landing. Staff all very friendly and extremely helpful. Car parking available (15 CHF per night so quite high especially as car park was practically empty when we were there). Very convenient for buses as there is a bus stop outside the hotel (you receive a bus pass which gives free travel for length of your stay and also 20% discount on some attractions). The 201 bus takes you to station which is just 10 minutes away. You can walk from hotel right along lakeside with beautiful views. Plenty of eating places in Vevey.

Visited with members of family, great location for buses to and from attractions, good eating places in Vevey and surrounding area, hotel over looks the lake and views are amazing from the ladeside view rooms. lovely walks to montreux and Vevey along the shore line. Great train services too. Visited ROcher De Naye by Cog train, well worth the journey for the spectacular views.

Very convenient , close to the bus stops, free card makes it so convenient to go to Montreux Christmas market, Vevey n neighbour places. Front desk n all staff were very welcoming. Nice view from our window. Clean n neat. Umbrellas provided at the entrance. Room was very quiet.
