Seriously busy place. The amount of people in the store should tell you how good the product is. Ordered the salted caramel Belgian waffles and the strawberry and white chocolate shake. Shake was seriously good, very rich with the taste of blender fresh strawberries. Glass was coated in a strawberry syrup that was a little too sweet however. Waffle was yum. Salted caramel sauce was perfect, bananas were ripe. Couldn't ask for more.

A very nice cafe located in Doncaster Westfield. The little cafe was quite packed when we went but a table opened for us. The staff members quickly cleaned the area and allowed us to sit there. When we were ordering our food, the staff members were very nice and patient with us because we couldn't choose what we wanted since everything looked delicious. They had photos on the menus so that you would have an idea on what you were getting. The food and the desserts were very tasty and very nice. The chocolate aroma in my hot chocoalte smelt heavenly and it was rich and creamy as well. It wasn't overly sweet and you could tell that they put a lot of though and effort into preparing their food. The desserts also looked divine. We loved having our afternoon tea here and we will surly be back next time.

Me and my husband had soft serve icecream and it was delishes. It was very busy but i can understand why with the high quality and location being right next to a kids play gym. There was also lots of different boxes of chocolate/truffles to purchase which was on sale. Lovely staff with quick service not that icecream takes long but it was nice not to have to wait too long since they where busy. I would definitely go back only thing is it is alittle pricey but well worth it.

Beautiful presentation of the food, however the waffle and the parfait slightly missed the mark for me. The waffle had the same taste and texture as a croissant. I understand it was their attempt at creativity but I still prefer the traditional waffle. I will not be ordering the waffle again, however still worth a try if you’re looking for something new. Overall the cafe itself is a nice place to relax and the service was excellent. The waitress was extremely helpful, she prepared a table of 4 for us when there wasn’t any. I will visit again to try something else on the menu.

A great place for chocolates and they got plenty of varieties. They also have their milkshakes, hot chocolates etc which is a must try. We tried their hot chocolates Caramel and 70% dark chocolate. But their service is below standard. They need to work on treating all their customers equally. I did see one of the staff explaining in detail to a customer about moon cakes even though he was not looking for help whereas no one came to me to talk about anything and I was standing right there. I am not sure if I would go again to this shop where I feel like am being treated differently to others.

The staffers are always kind and full of energy whenever I come to this shops. It have the best chocolate retail and ice cream. Strongly recommend retail for gift even my grandmother loves it🤩🤩🤩

Exceptional experience at Godiva Doncaster. Purchased a birthday gift and was attended to by Rachel. Rachel’s service was outstanding, helpful, kind, and she was very knowledgeable in her suggestions. My gift was wrapped beautifully and it was accompanied by a complimentary ice cream which was so good! Highly recommend.

There is a pretty decent offering here. I think the truffles were the best of what I tried. The drinks could perhaps be a little better. The chocolixir had a great rich chocolate taste but was a bit let down by too much ice. The hot chocolates I’ve had have been great but the amount of chocolate in them seems to vary each time. I did see a hiring ad for baristas so perhaps still training staff. Great chocolate all the same.

Dont know about their service or their products. I went to get hot chocolate but the lady at the front desk said “we have closed hot chocolate machine”. The time was 5:27pm and their closing time was 6pm. They said it takes time to clean the machine so they start to clean it early. It was 21st October 2023. Closing early is ok but closing hot chocolate machine 30mins before doesn’t sound correct from the customer’s perspective. Cheers

I loved my time in Godiva Doncaster - Belgium Chocolate Store😊 WHY -: They have a very welcoming design and the chocolates looked amazing. The chilli hot chocolate and the pretzel was everything what I wanted. And the fabulous staff can explain all the chocolate flavours in a wink. Very well trained. Even the lovely lady offered me a complementary chocolate square. So WHY not🤷🏻‍♀️

Definitely I won’t come back to this cafe. If you are looking for cold coffee , you can find here.

One of best ice cream shop! I the dark choco ice cream so much! The scone is crispy and not sweet and the flavor of ice cream is amazing! $7 for one scoop.

Their chocolates are amazing but their soft serve is even better! Had a double chocolate in a waffle basket which was out of this world. My mouth was very happy! One star deducted for the messy, uncleared tables which took awhile to be fixed.

We had oat milk lattes and they were lovely. Great customer service. Two stars because they only serve in take away cups. 👎 Do better Godiva. 🌏

We had a Hazelnut choco elixir, mango mania and lychee tea. $18.45 in total. Lychee tea was very sweet for my taste. Really enjoyed choco elixir and mango mania. Quick service.

Great chocolate and ice cream combo! It was a bit annoying that the ice cream was melted fast. As seen in picture, it made the cup full of chocolate, so be careful of your clothes if you are not going to sit and have your ice cream!

Staff were friendly and nice despite the busyness. The food was terrible. I had pretzel dipped in chocolate. Saw they microwaved the pretzel. It was tough and stuck to the paper at the bottom. Still ate it coz so expensive. Not even the chocolate could save it. Gave up halfway when the wooden fork that was provided snapped in half. The ice chocolate was literally that. Ice and chocolate bits. Could not taste the chocolate that well cause the ice in it overwhelmed it. A waste of 15 dollars. The stars given were only for the patient staff members.

Beautifully presented store with fantastic customer service. Rachel was super knowledgable about all of the products offered and really made the shopping experience very pleasant. We ended up purchasing a bunch of goodies including some of the adorable Christmas boxes and my favourite cookies, and was delighted by a complimentary soft serve! Thanks again to Rachel and the amazing team here and we will definitely be back :)

People these days seem to be impressed by the ‘show’ but don’t take into account the rest. This place is all show. Beautiful looking chocolate. Stunningly displayed. Clever design. Fu it premises. Cool looking staff. Alas that’s where it stopped for me. Service was slow. Ice cream wasn’t cold enough so with seconds was runny. Came here a week ago and the coffee wasn’t hot - what’s with Shoppo and no hot coffee?!? This place gets a lot of attention because of how it looks but frankly I found it lacked the essence of a good cafe and that’s the fundamentals - good good / coffee / service. Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Good parking at Shoppo. Takeaway available.

One of the best places for me to have my Dark Chocolate Fix. Whether it be a hot or a cold beverage, the taste is still superb! Service is great, too.

Amazing double chocolate soft serve. Came here with some Groupon vouchers for discounted soft serves and it was quick and easy to redeem at the counter. The store was organised, clean and customer service was great. They were also running a 25% off everything in store so it was a great deal for chocolate lovers.
