👍👍 Fantastic place for fine chocolates, and their hot chocolate is among the best I've ever had. You can tell they are using their own blend of melted chocolate as a base. Inside is cosy, and the courtyard is great when weather permits. Highly recommended.

😠 The “new and improved” store at Doncaster no longer does food and beverages, so no more amazing hot chocolates. Lost us as a long time customer. Purely a retail site only now. A terribly bad decision. Avoid.

👍 One of the best place for hot chocolate in Melbourne. We have been having hot chocolate from Koko Black for decades. Felt like it was thicker back then. Now the taste is still good but the hot chocolate is not as thick as before. Service is always good. Nice place for a drink or a choc bite.
