This
is
the
person
who
took
the
PCR
test
yesterday.
The
nurse
told
me
that
they
would
contact
me
whether
or
not
I
got
the
results
of
the
PCR
test
the
next
day,
so
I
waited
the
next
day,
but
I
developed
a
high
fever
the
day
after
the
test,
and
in
the
evening
I
was
waiting
to
hear
back.
When
I
contacted
the
outpatient
department,
I
was
informed
that
today's
examination
was
over.
(It
says
on
the
website
that
Thursdays
are
only
available
in
the
morning)
I
needed
to
contact
my
workplace,
so
I
called
the
dialysis
room
that
had
a
phone
connection.
She
was
very
polite
and
told
me
that
there
was
someone
from
the
outpatient
department
and
I
would
try
to
connect
her.As
I
waited,
a
few
minutes
later
I
received
a
call
from
the
outpatient
nurse.I
explained
the
above
and
she
said,
``Today's
consultation
will
be
until
mid-morning.''
But
I
just
said
I'd
call
you
today,
but
I
didn't
say
I'd
call
you
in
the
evening.''
I
repeated
this
about
5
times.
She
also
repeats,
``The
PCR
test
is
a
retest,
so
there's
no
guarantee
that
I'll
get
the
results
today.I
was
about
to
leave
work
and
was
waiting
for
the
results.I
was
thinking
of
calling
you
now.''
This
is
not
a
word
for
people
who
use
it
very
much.
I
couldn't
find
the
name,
so
I'll
ask.
Honestly,
I
don't
think
it's
worth
giving
stars.
Will
the
hospital's
rating
drop
because
of
one
person?
?
