As an American I was told to try this place out! I was dissatisfied with the service big time. Our whole order was wrong. I gave 2 stars because the fries I did get were very tasty. Oh and the chick behind the counter was snotty when I asked for a milk shake and they didn't have any. You definitely need nicer people.

The food was great but the girl that served me on 4 April 2023, at 11.00, invoice# 145361, was nasty! You could do with better staff. She is terrible and should not be taking out her dislike for her job on us

On the 25th July 2023 around 6pm ,i came and ordered half chicken and chips, i asked for lemon and herb but unfortunately the chicken came out without any sourcing it was raw, the chips were burned not crispy, it was a disappointment when i arrive home to find that the chicken has no source and chips burned. The same disappointment happened at my birthday on the 6th July 2023 when i came and bought burgers for my family. I let that one go because i thought maybe i was not having a great birthday, but when it repeats itself with a different meal, now i am questioning whether i am using my money at the wrong place or i should advise .

It was a quick visit, I got what I was looking for with a warm reponse from the lady who assisted me. Thank you.

On the 27/1/2023 we ordered delivery and the burgers was wrong ...extra cheese 🧀 eish what is that...had to go looking for cheese..jalapeños burger 🍔 again was supposed to be 2 only got 1 and box was marked wrong...1 plain 🍔 well can't complain as it was basic just a burger/patty with sauce on... Food arrived cold after 45 minutes...timing not bad ...chips with jalapeños was good 👍 but really soggy and cold...bacon 🥓 chips 🍟 also 🥶 cold...and bacon 🥓 looked cooked not fried...very dissatisfaction from a family that support local take aways....

We placed a large order for delivery. 45 min later it still did not arrived. We went there to find out what is going on. They informed us that their driver didn't turn up for work but nobody phoned us. We ordered cheese burgers. We received our order without cheese because they are out of stock.

Yesterday''s service wasn't that good, we waited for long to buy and to collect, Cashier was alone and busy packing online orders in front of us before we can buy our favorite meal. Maybe they're understaffed

Excellent quality with very fresh ingredients. Service quick and efficient.

They very unfriendly and never have what you ask for.

The food was okay n the service was bad.. I had to ask if I can take my food since it was not handed to me..the guy just continued with his life without handing it to me, he just placed the food on the side, not cheery at all
