The French fries weren't cooked all the way on my chili cheese fries. Gross for the price they cost I was mad I had to throw it away. They did reach out. After I told wrote what happened they offered me a 1.00 coupon. I won't be back as the item I had to throw away was more than 6.00.

I don't know about you but when I order a taco I would like something in it! Like maybe some meat some lettuce or tomatoes or maybe cheese? And the fries tasted like yesterday's COLD AND LIMP! DISGUSTING!! Go somewhere else Taco Casa or Qdoba way WAY WAY BETTER

Can't speak on atmosphere, because our order was delivered, BUT since I DID try to call to speak about this order, and got no answer---I can only imagine the atmosphere was as horrible as the food!! Since when is a tortilla supposed to be CHEWY??? As in chewing a piece of plastic or rubber. I posted pics of the "bun taco's" we received. MAYBE a tablespoon of meat-- a couple of shreds of cheese and lettuce--- RIDICULOUS!!! I ordered sauce packets, got NO sauce packets, nor did we get napkins, utensils, or anything else---in fact, we didn't even get ICE in our drinks!!! If I could rate this a NEGATIVE 1 I surely would. Pathetic really for almost $40 worth of food

Went to the drive-thru for breakfast. The service was slow and no we were the first one and only one in line. The burritos were small and expensive and not very flavorful. Had eaten DT for numerous late nights. Best recommendation is to stick to their normal fair for lunch and dinners.

During our following visit the restaurant was very clean. The food was hot when we got there. The employees were polite professional the service was appropriate and I would return it again

It's fast-food so the food is (hopefully)pretty consistent from location to location...the service at this place is always top notch...we've never had a bad or even just mediocre experience here.

Food is decent and pricing is good. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because a couple times I went for hot coffee and was told they didn't have it. Went back when the manager was there and miraculously there was hot coffee.
