Was super excited to go to this newer Burlington. It is a nice sized store. Super clean and organized. I shopped all the departments. I took a few goodies home. The home department was stocked up really good. The baby department had some great items. You could fill a nursery in on place. The cashier Saylor was super sweet. Glad we made the trip to Moore.

Buying a new wardrobe for spring, the dressing rooms aren't available. The manager Billie was nasty about it to us. We pushed our carts to the mirror section to try and view what things might look like. BILLIE announces over the loud speaker, "All employees to the mirror isle there's a HUGE MESS THERE!" The huge mess was us making a pile of clothes each in our baskets, and each of us had hung what we were buying on the shelf. We spent over $1000, and she talked about us to the employees the whole time we were there! What we didn't decide to buy, we put in a cart and pushed it to the dressing room area. No different than it would've been if we tried it on. Billie ruined a fun girls' shopping spree, was disrespectful to 2 customers, and needs to be fired and never work in retail!! The check out girls were great, and the next manager (that she sent over to check us out) was super nice. I wanted to leave and not buy a thing, and if this was her store i would have. Billie is a ZERO STAR EMPLOYEE!!! Below is a photo of the non-mess we left her

This store is constantly closing earlier in the evenings than what the hours of operation are listed at online and even on the front entrance doors. The store is supposed to be open until midnight Monday - Thursday and at 11:35 pm the doors are already locked. An employee even saw me at the door walked straight in front and past the entrance doors just looking up in the air as if to let me know they were closed and she wasn't unlocking the doors. When this store was closing at 11pm through the week the doors were locked shortly after 10pm several attempts of trying to come in to shop for something last minute. It's just really inconvenient that they do this. If they are short staffed I'm not sure how they are ever going to make it through the holiday season. All the employees are walking to their vehicles to leave now at 11:56pm as I'm sitting here writing this review.

One of my favorite locations ! It’s clean & organized, lots of great deals. Sometimes they are short on cashiers which can hold up the checkout line. Make sure you double check your items when the cashier bags it because the last time I did shopping 🛍️ the cashier did not put my items in. I didn’t notice until I got home and went through everything, plus I was charged for it too!! I looked on my receipt and I was charged for the items she didn’t bag.I wasn’t gonna drive back because I live in Norman & it was getting very late. So PLEASE make sure you’re paying attention to the cashier when she is bagging your items. Other than that, I really love this location. It’s way better than the OKC & Norman one

I don't really leave reviews for things, but holy crud is this location mismanaged. Busy Sunday, one cashier, a manager and two presumed assistant managers hanging out at the door instead of helping the poor cashier deal with 15 or so groups of customers waiting for well over 30 minutes to check out.

First time in this store, but it was better than I thought and lots of great specials. Staff was laughing and courteous to as you come in or had a question l the time till I checked out. No more Walmart for me it's Burlington!!!!

Great selection on men's clothes especially for a guy my size. I usually can't find size 17 for shoes but I can always come to Burlington and get my size

So stocking clothes is more important for a manager to do then check out a line of 10+ people when it’s back to school and leave one new girl that was doing amazing being new and all this pressure alone is just crazy to me I use to shop here often I was excited when it was built but as time goes by it’s so sad to see it go down like this
