Do not order from here, especially from their online ordering!! Food is below average and over priced. Ordered from the Mooresville location on there website via toast tab, go all the way there only to find out they're closed on Saturday at the Mooresville location. Google and toast (online ordering partner) say they're still open on Sat. so my order was accepted and my card was charged. Call their Cornelius location and the guy was very rude almost immediately, didn't apologize for THEIR mistake and refused to cancel my order or give me a refund only saying "come to Cornelius and we'll make it for you" and "what do you want me to do about it?" Like he couldnt just cancel it and refund my card like I asked him to. Horrible way to treat customers and do business. Now I have to dispute it with my credit card company just to get a refund. Do not recommend at all.

Had lunch with my wife at this VERY popular Mooresville location. It was our first visit to this location. This restaurant is a very "self serve" experience. You arrive and wait on line to place an order chosen from the big display board behind the counter. You pay, are given an order number, and asked to find a table seat (or wait for a take out bag). Your order is delivered to you freshly made (no heat lamps) and your drinks are refreshed if needed. When finished, you can ask for "to go" boxes and drink cups for any leftovers you may want to take home. (This is likely!). Lastly, you can clear your table or leave for the staff to do. Note that the eating area is relatively small, and consequently somewhat loud, but not it is not uncomfortable. The food itself is quite good. I had a greek salad with gyro, and wife had a pork slovaki pita sandwich. Both llerte large servings that generated some take home.. which we did!! Prices are moderate, and the variety of choices is very good. We will go/be back, and start to explore the other food choices.

so good!! ive literally been here twice in the past week. A hole in the wall, family business that treats their customers like family and makes super good food :D try them out!! some highlights: -chicken salad pita (pictured) -falafel pita -greek veg pita -onion rings -house pita sauce -fish sandwich!

Food is very fresh and good. Staff was friendly. Atmosphere could use some updating but definitely will go back.

I was hesitant about eating at a restaurant beside a gas station but I'm glad I let my husband talk me into it!!! All i got was a Grilled Chicken Salad but it was AWESOME and I will add that Amy Cline is the best!!! I already knew that but it just added to the experience! I WILL be eating here again, maybe a burger next time! Lol

The food is great. My family and I got the pita burgers, wings, and fish. The burgers tasted amazing and the wings were nice and hot but they dont let you get 2 flavors if you get 20 wings you have to get seperate orders which cost more so I didnt like that and also the fish wasnt seasoned but it was breaded well and they were good sizes piece of fish. I will definitely come back

Busy Monday evening and took the Gyro Pita to go. . . Excellent choice! It was very tasty, fresh and quick. Will be coming back for more

Great place for a Gyro sandwich. My husband's Buffalo chicken salad was good, also.

Gyros, Burgers, dogs, Greek salad. Baklava, onion rings, fries. All good. Made fresh, served hot.

I was looking for a good gyro place that was comparable to one that we had in my hometown. To my surprise, Big Bitez was comparable and even better than what I expected. We ordered the Gyro with fries and onion rings which were all delicious. The gyro was tasty and flavorful. The meat was well seasoned and the pita was soft and fresh. If you’re in Mooresville I definitely would recommend for takeout.

I used to live in Mooresville and never knew how much I’d miss this place when I moved! Their food is absolutely delicious and fresh every single time!! Now anytime I visit or pass through this area, it is my mission to stop here!!! Customer service is also excellent may I add! Thank you!

Very well hidden gem. Great service, but even better food. Hamburgers made fresh daily. Their gyros are outstanding and their baklava is authentic and excellent. I would not fohnd this place without someone I met telling me about. Not fancy, not very large, but a great place to get a good meal!
