I've been to this new location twice since they've opened. I LOVE the Bradshaws Beach picture on the wall. That's where we went every day when I was a kid. Anyway, the folks that work this store are nice enough. The orders are not filled on time (per the mobile app). I've arrived after the stated time both times and still had to wait. How ever the staff did ask me what I was waiting on and they expedited it a little to get it done. I'll chalk it up to growing pains at a new store. They didn't scare me off.

Worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. 5 employees working. One employee was doing everything possible,working hard to get people served and the other 4 were not doing anything. Had no clue what to do. Messed up every order that went out in front of us. Took over 30 minutes to get our sub and another 10 minutes to get one of them to ring us up. I was excited to get a Jersey Mikes close to the house but sadly will not be back but even if I would go back with service like that it will not be around long

I had an issue with my sub not being made correctly at a different location. When I spoke with Chasity Lupton. Her customer service skills were great. We've always liked the subs. But I was frustrated about the issue. Because of her customer service. We intend to continue coming to Jersey Mike's.

What brand of watery lunch meat are you guys using? I specifically order my sandwiches dry so they are not soggy. I really used to like jersey mikes but I think getting a better high quality sub from Publix is superior and less expensive. Maybe I got someone on a bad day but I will not be returning.

Jersey mikes is a great sub place for a quick sandwich. This one moves very quickly and is nice and clean. Comparing to the other one in town service is much faster and quality seems to be better. Well done

Jersey Mike's is $4 more expensive than other sub places. It's worth it. Just pay the extra dollars for a real sandwich. Meatier, more fillings. There is no comparison that Jersey Mike's tops all sandwich places currently.

Tried this relatively new location. Sloppiest sub ever. The girl started by slicing the bread so crooked there was nothing left at the end on one half. This is actually a problem at many locations. She tossed it and did better the second time. I placed my order and it’s a good thing I was paying attention since she was made me a 13 and I ordered a 5. After tossing the unnecessary meat, we’re ready to dress. (Wasted bread … wasted meat…). I said “Mike’s way, no salt add pepper” I’ve done this enough to know the order of toppings … onions lettuce tomato and shakers on top. She starts with a pile of lettuce and can’t get the onion to stay on. I’m just watching the show at this point. After watching her liberally shake the salt, reminded her that I said “no salt add pepper”. Then she asked me if I wanted to … and she motions about raking off all of the toppings and I just looked at her as if well it’s currently incorrect. So she scrapes all the toppings off and starts over. Gets it right this time (while I coached continuously). Funny thing about the order of toppings … I have mentioned to numerous workers at various locations regarding how messy it is to put the oil and vinegar over the tomatoes, where it runs off and soaks the bread vs. over the lettuce where most of it will stay. They ALL agree but have to do it the JM way unless you catch them in time to add to the lettuce.

The team at this location were extremely friendly. My subs were quickly and accurately made. Most importantly, the subs were delicious. Definitely recommend this location for a quality sub and friendly service!
