Hi...I purchased a men's bracelet on Thursday, 24th. The salesman totaled up the sale and added the protection plan without first asking me if I wanted it. When I questioned the total amount due, is when he said that he added the protection plan and gave it to me for a discounted rate of $30. To add to insult, when I looked at my receipt, it read $54.99 for this plan. Not only did he take it upon himself to add it without my permission or least to promote it and to let me decide, he lied about the amount he charged for this plan. I have shopped at this store for years and love the customer service, but this has left a sour taste in my mouth. Enjoy your day.

Katelyn at Kay Jewelers in Mooresville provides a great shopping experience when looking for a gift for that special person in your life. She answers all questions and concerns. She is patient and not pushy. She is the person to ask for when you need that personal touch.

We went to the Mooresville location looking for an anniversary ring. Sara was extremely helpful and courteous. She explained about the rings I was selecting and the details that were included in the protection plan. She was patient with me as I was a little indecisive. I will definitely recommend this location and I will return for any other jewelry purchases or repair needs.

Had the best experience here thanks to Myah!! We had gone to a locally owned ring store (JoM) and were pretty disappointed, it felt like a scene out of Pretty Woman. Didn’t even try to sell us anything, assumed customizing would be out of our budget, and told us they couldn’t even get us a quote on just a loose gem until almost a week later. So the next day we went into Kay and Myah was like my personal hype woman!! She made the experience so comfortable and fun and helped us pick out my dream ring set and figure out how to customize the way I wanted after trying on a million things, and she was soo patient. Her energy made me want to lock in the ring on the spot, not because I felt pressured but because I felt comfortable and confident. (Also discovered that Kay’s lifetime warranty is awesome, worth buying through the chain for. But ask for Shamyah!!)

Only uses the electronic "diamond" tester which will flag lab grown diamonds as mossianite when it isn't mossianite and a HTHP diamond. Then they won't do any work on anything that isn't a "diamond". So pretty much useless. I suggest definitely keeping to small business jewers that know what they are doing.

Very helpful and found us exactly what we were looking for in our wedding ring.
