this store needs more workers. plain and simple. the online pickup has abysmal at best. on multiple occasions ive had problems with nobody bringing out my groceries. I have injuries that dont allow me to walk normally. several times ive had to go into the store after waiting 20 minutes when nobody arrives. every time i go in this store, theres only 2 or 3 checkouts open and the lines are INSAAAANELY LONG !!! like down the aisle and around the corner long. the excuse i get every single time is "our phones arent working" you need to figure this out or get people that know how to use a phone. this store needs a lot of help. the prices are also insane. the price of coffee cream should not be 10 dollars when the same item at walmart is about 6.44.

Great environment from my few groceries tip I have no complaints, bagging area was well serviced compare to other market places. Keep up the work and sanitation staff.

once again i had to wait 20 minutes to have my groceries brought out to me. there was also a line forming behind me outside in the pick up area. i once again was given the excuse of "we are short staffed" after i called the store i had to then go inside after waiting 10 more minutes and the stupid lady all she said was "im bringing it out now after i told her i was waiting for 20 minutes. Didn't get an apology

No I've been to a lot of delhi's and I've ran a couple delis and so has the wife and I'll tell you the deli food is superb and the price is astronomically low lower than the stuff on the shelf it was just so delicious and made me eat like I was ravenously hungry I give it a 5-star rating

It's fine for a two year old I guess, but this cake is... 😂 Wouldn't recommend this location for cake orders. First time we got a cake here there was no buttercream filling, it was just straight up a slab of cake. This our second and last cake from here. Maybe if they paid better wages they'd be able to have skilled cake decorators....

Ordered a birthday cake here a month in advance in person, helped the person fill out the sheet. The day I was suppose to pick up I called and they lost my sheet completely. Luckily I was open to pick it up the next day. The cake definitely looked like a $23 cake, the only saving grace was it tasted good.

Store is clean, big, has nice employees, good pre baked items. Only down fall to me is seems like you are out of stock too many times on items. Not always the same items but has been on occasions. Id like to know what days you get shipments so I know better days to come in. Tuesdays are the days it seems more often than not shelves are empty. Last thing, for a company who claims to take these comments and concerns seriously you truly have the worst generic reply. My boss at a hotel at least changes his response, not just by name but also types it all out personally. This is still all minimum stuff compaired to the rest of your store. Thats why you get 4 out of 5 from me. Keep up the good work and always look for ways to improve.

I really enjoyed my time at this grocery store, clean and had a lot to offer when it comes to fresh foods. I would recommend this place to anyone that likes to shop for groceries. Could use a few more check out lines.

My husband and I go to this grocery store all the time. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I totally recommend the Azool Hornbacher's.

I’ve shopped in store and online and always have a great experience. If there is an issue with my order, the shopper communicates it directly and often finds a solution or lets me know if there isn’t an alternative/replacement (for online orders). Ins tore shopping, employees are kind and helpful. It’s a tidy/clean store with great produce and natural selection. Prices can seem high but overall excellent location for picking up fresh produce, meat and other groceries. Will often go out of my way to shop at this location.

Great grocery store. Hands down a great store. This location is absolutely spotless and clean. They have organized shelves and friendly clerks. Update 10-15-23 The store is absolutely spotless and well stocked. It is definitely worth driving the extra distance to go to this location. Checkout was quick and easy.

It's an average grocery store. The selection of items is so-so. The employees at the meat/seafood couner and produce section were very friendly. The young cashier was smiling and efficient but not very knowledgeable or present when I had questions about a few items I couldn't find.

Sometimes cashiers appear to be grumpy and appear to not like their job. But, there are cashiers and baggers who are pleasant and helpful at this store also. Often when I am at this store there are only 2 checkout lines open and the lines are long to check out.

This place has really gone downhill. Over the last few months the prices have inflated even beyond other stores in the area, but worse we have had multiple free Friday items and coupon items be denied at the register. Just today tried to get the lemon flavored pork tenderloin only to be told that specific one wasn't scanning in the deal. The manager, instead of discounting it and making it right, brought the lemon one back the shelve and grabbed us a different one. A possible issue here being that he put a product that was not refrigerated while we had it, back on the shelf for purchase. Hornbachers is the closest grocery store to us, but after weeks and months of bad experiences we will take the extra drive to go elsewhere.
