The staff is always incredibly friendly, and the store is always super clean. I will always go here for my gym clothing needs as well as my bike repair needs. I went in there tonight within an hour of closing, and the gentleman behind the bike counter was more than friendly and got my bike repaired in a matter of minutes. I believe his name was Sam. Thank you! Update (8/1/2023): Another fantastic experience at this place. Everybody here is always so upbeat, willing to help you, and just pleasant. The gentleman who helped me buy a new pair of shoes tonight never hesitated to grab me additional pairs to try on and just had the best attitude. The cashier who checked us out was also incredibly kind, genuine, and just pleasant to talk to. I absolutely love this place, and will definitely be back many times over. Thank you!

Went in tonight with our 3 and 5 year old to buy jackets for winter. Our youngest was not cooperative and Tim stepped right in and was patient and helpful in getting him to try the jacket on. He made sure the jackets fit properly then gave some great insight on different options for gloves and made sure they fit as well. He then brought everything to the front so we can continue to shop. and brought suckers back for the kids with our permission. Once we checked out, the cashiers were very engaging with the kids and in the end also honored North Faces military discount. Great experience.
