Not being from this area after reading a couple of reviews I thought we would give Peter's a try. Didn't disapoint , friendly service good price and value for money not to mention nice food 👍

their Souvalaki is the best by far in the whole region real lamb on the rotisserie delicious.. cash only though

Burger and chips by themselves - easy five stars but the fisherman's basket my mate ordered had a few pieces a bit over-cooked. Will definitely return however as that burger was one of the best I've ever had, and I've eaten a fair few burgers! Good helping of crispy crunchy chips as well.

Friendly owner, Dim Sims were good, Chips okay but The fish was a let down. The fish batter we thought was gross, bad texture and it was still liquid on the inside. We pulled most of it off so we could eat the fish.

My partner and I decided on this little shop to stop in and get lunch before leaving shepp and heading back home (3 hrs away) we were hugely suprised at the quality for the price and now we wish we could go back sooner and try their burgers. Fyi, the potato cakes and dim sims and chips are bloody awesome. Stayed hot for ages as we had our little picnic and crunchy, not soggy. Under 20 bucks! Hard to find these days. Keep this shop in business and do yourself a favour and stop in. We will be back for sure 👏🏻🙏

Always great value and delicious food. Potato Cakes/Scallops/Fritters as they should be crunchy on the outside in a light batter, potato on the inside. Flavorsome steak sandwich that is a meal in itself. Prompt and friendly service depending on how busy it make take a little while to get your order but it is definitely worth the short wait.

The bain marie scallops were as delicious as they would've been freshly cooked hours earlier. A battered sav could end world hunger and the dimmers were exactly like every other dim sim I've had from servos all over. Didn't buy anything I'd have to wait for but next time I'm gonna go a burger with beetroot and egg. Good stuff. Nice service too.

Traditional fish and chip shop. They batter everything themselves just the way it should be. I travel past other fish and chip shops just to go here. Good service, quick, well priced and delicious.

Only went in there for a cold ice coffee just passing through Mooroopna. The men behind the counter were so lovely, well mannered made me want to go back to try the fish and chips maybe next time when passing through.

This may well be the best fish & chip shop in country Victoria. And the grilled fish is one of the best I have had. I only gave 5 stars because that is the limit. 10/10
