The store is nice but there were no fresh vegetables or fruits section.

Standard Walmart, had everything I need on my first trip to LA. Staff was nice and informative. Store was somewhat clean but could use a little bit more tidying up. It has a large selection of items that you'd expect from a Walmart of this size. Stay safe out there people and please, be kind to one another!

Very poor service. I waited more than half an hour until I found someone who would open my closet with the goods. I have pressed the button many times. I approached the workers several times with a request to call someone. In the end, I went to the manager, who didn't even apologize for the situation. Other stores in the chain are much better, management needs to take action.

This place is always out of cat food! Every time I go to get wet food, they only have single-purchase cans available. I don’t understand how they don’t see the shelves are always empty and ensure to order enough each load. Instead it comes in 1x a week (if that really) and if you aren’t there that day then you miss out. The employees are always not the friendliest either, minus a few random employees that haven’t been broken down by retail yet.

URGENT ANNOUNCEMENT* On today Nov 23, 2023, Walmart is closed for thanksgiving. I just arrived there to just find out they’re closed despite Google saying otherwise. Happy thanksgiving everyone.

Shane in customer service destroyed the box to my new air mattress despite the return having a perfect box. He took a pair of scissors to it which was dangerous for himself and the result was both unprofessional and probably damaged the mattress. Do better Shane.

Great place for groceries, shopping, electronics, etc. There are great prices, though limited availability. Basic TVs, such as, Roku, Vizio, Samsung, we're available.

I went to this Walmart because of it's great values and helpful staff. The only real complaint is that it doesn't have hand baskets to shop with. Only full shopping carts. It's kinda pain for only a few items.

Actually, we like to go shopping at walmart, but especially this one will be avoided by us in the future! If you need something from the areas that are separately secured, then you are on the hunt for an employee who has the authority to open these areas! And instead of saying that there is none, it is pushed from one to the other 😡 has cost us a lot of unnecessary time and has never happened in other markets before!

The store experience itself was very good, and I have no complaints about it. However, there are a lot of people outside of Walmart (waiting to be picked up, people promoting, homeless, and some smokers nearby near the Ross) that make this Walmart to not be 5 stars. And great cheap pies!

Absolutely terrible. I made an online curbside pickup order. Arrived 25 minutes early from my pickup time and the staffed looked at me dumbfounded when I asked if I could get my item early. They just pointed to their tablets saying it wasn't ready. So I waited. Then 35 minutes later I get a text saying my item is out of stock and my order is canceled.

Very big shop with various items You can purchase in a decent money. There is some kind of renovation lately so it's quite loud, but it is necessary.

I asked the clerk where the bag of cat food was and he says he doesn't know he did not even bother to find someone to help me. For 4 days I went to Walmart for cat food and the shelf has been out for almost a week. And nobody bothered to explain to me why?

Never had a bad experience from this particular Walmart..they've always been helpful (though it might take a little longer for them to actually come help after pushing the help button)..store is generally clean so are the restrooms! Customer service desk is one of the fastest anywhere..and very polite and helpful..KEEP UP THE GREAT EVERYTHING!

I liked this store. The staff workers are very helpful and friendly. It helped me to save time because the store is huge and there are a lot of different types of products. You can literally find everything there for a reasonable price.

You guys probably know Walmart has great prices on its products!! They have a variety of Christmas decorations, its quality products better than competitors , specially prices!! Highly recommended!!

This store is a dump! It's got a funky smell! There were only 3 check stands open and 8 people in each line! Meanwhile there were a lot of employees walking or standing around! We will never come back! We are done with this place !

This store doesn't have a lot of what I buy. The pasta section was very limited to just one or two brands. It's smaller in selection that the other Walmart stores I visited. Service was good. I didn't find what I wanted but overall, it's a nice store. Photos are a couple of things I looked at.

Customer service is terrible! I wasted 2 hours of my life here. I came to grab my pickup order which they said was ready hours before I arrived . When I got there they said it wasn’t ready. My pickup order was literally one thing. Then I told them just cancel my order and they said I couldn’t cancel my order and I would have to wait. I literally stood there and waited 3 hours while I watched the manager and other workers not do a single thing . I asked if it’s ready yet and they said not yet. I then proceed to just grab the item and give it to them and they said I couldn’t do that. I went up front to just pay it myself and the cashier said they don’t accept large bills . I told the cashier if I can just get it and they keep the change and she says “we could do that “ ! Wait but I thought they don’t accept large bills ?

If there's an alternative department store, just go there. It's close by so I use it. Basically, everything I need I can buy here. I don't interact with anyone who works here. But, if you need to ask something, they answer kindly. It's different at the checkout. I don't pay attention. Very attentive and friendly sellers of the Fish Department. Very nice two women. It's always a pleasure to buy something from them. You can go there. There is parking nearby, but there is a fee.

As I walked into the store I saw many items on display that I was interested in, but did not realize this until I saw them. Good product placement. *I went there specifically to purchase leggings...they had my size and were on sale. on sale, as were some cotton mixed T-shirts that were also very reasonably priced.

The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. It was a very busy Saturday as you can see by the shopping carts.

Walmart here in LA is different than the ones on the east coast. The parking lots are small sand the clothing is not as appealing to me. I shop for sewing, school, and household supplies.
