Very nice and competent staff. The owner and the other two gentlemen don't want to sell you anything unnecessary, but rather solve your problem in a meaningful way. I have bought 4 used smartphones so far, at fair prices. Setting up the software, transferring data, etc. is all done professionally and quickly. There are also good tips regarding battery conservation etc. Gladly again. The mobile shop is an enrichment for Neustadt bei Coburg.
