"Warmest
recommendation"
for
Prof.
Dr.
T.Horbach,
VISZERA,
Munich
Surgery
Center:
I
had
an
upside-down
stomach
and
iron
deficiency
anemia
on
multiple
occasions.
It
took
me
many
visits
to
the
doctor
(incl.
CT,
etc.)
until
I
finally
had
a
diagnosis
and
was
recommended
to
carry
out
an
operation
here.
Prof.
Horbach
was
always
“warmly
recommended”
to
me
by
my
family
doctor’s
practice
and
several
specialist
practices.
These
recommendations
were
based
on
various
patient
experiences;
I
then
got
the
referral
to
Prof.
Horbach
from
the
specialist
practice.
He
explained
me
in
advance
very
friendly
and
in
great
detail
about
the
procedure
-
I
was
soz.
"the
fear
for
this
operation".
I
had
a
very
good
feeling
about
this
procedure
right
from
the
start.
"During
the
operation"
there
were
also
adhesions
in
the
upper
abdomen,
which
had
to
be
laboriously
removed.
90%
of
the
stomach
was
above
the
diaphragm.
Flat
pannus
was
found
on
the
left
crus
of
the
diaphragm
as
a
sign
of
the
long-standing
displacement
of
the
stomach.
The
stomach
was
gradually
mobilized
and
returned
to
the
abdominal
cavity,
the
hernial
sac
released
and
partially
resected.
The
left
pleura
is
opened
and
the
stomach
is
fixed
to
the
left
diaphragm.
I
was
very
lucky
with
this
unpredictable
4-hour
operation
that
a
"real
luminary"
operated
on
me.
I
was
really
well
looked
after
and
also
received
very
good
follow-up
care
and
control,
and
the
doctor
also
took
the
necessary
time
for
this.
In
addition
to
his
professional
competence,
his
friendliness
was
always
positive.
With
such
an
operation,
it
is
crucial
where
you
have
it
done
and
who
operates.
My
"warmest
recommendation"
is
explicitly
for
Prof.
Dr.
T
Horbach!

„Wärmste
Empfehlung“
für
Herrn
Prof.
Dr.
T.Horbach,
VISZERA,
Chirurgiezentrum
München:
Ich
hatte
einen
Upside-down-Magen
und
mehrfach
eine
Eisenmangel-anämie.
Es
hat
mir
viele
Arztbesuche
gekostet
(inkl.
CT
etc.),
bis
man
endlich
einen
Befund
hatte
und
empfohlen
wurde,
hier
eine
OP
vorzunehmen.
Von
meiner
Hausarztpraxis
und
mehreren
Fachpraxen
wurde
mir
stets
Herr
Prof.
Horbach
„wärmstens
empfohlen“.
Diese
Empfehlungen
beruhte
auf
versch.
Patientenerfahrungen;
von
der
Facharztpraxis
bekam
ich
dann
die
Überweisung
zu
Herrn
Prof.
Horbach.
Von
ihm
wurde
ich
vorab
sehr
freundlich
und
sehr
ausführlich
über
den
Eingriff
aufgeklärt
–
mir
wurde
soz.
„die
Angst
genommen,
für
diese
OP“.
Ich
hatte
von
Anfang
an
ein
sehr
gutes
Gefühl
für
diesen
Eingriff.
„Bei
der
OP“
fanden
sich
des
weiteren
Verwachsungen
im
Oberbauch,
die
aufwendig
gelöst
werden
mussten.
Der
Magen
zeigte
sich
zu
90
%
oberhalb
des
Diaphragmas.
Am
linken
Zwerchfellschenkel
fand
sich
flächiger
Pannus
als
Zeichen
der
langen
bestehenden
Verlagerung
des
Magens.
Der
Magen
wurde
schrittweise
mobilisiert
und
in
die
Bauchhöhle
zurückverlagert,
der
Bruchsack
ausgelöst
und
partiell
reseziert.
Das
linke
Rippenfell
dabei
eröffnet,
der
Magen
am
linken
Zwerchfell
fixiert.
Mein
großes
Glück
war
bei
dieser
unvorhersehbaren
4-Std.-OP,
dass
mich
eine
„echte
Koryphäe“
operiert
hat.
Ich
wurde
wirklich
bestens
versorgt
und
erhielt
auch
eine
sehr
gute
Nachversorgung
und
Kontrolle,
zudem
hat
sich
der
Arzt
auch
dafür
die
notwendige
Zeit
genommen.
Neben
seiner
fachlichen
Kompetenz
fiel
auch
seine
Freundlichkeit
stets
positiv
auf.
Bei
so
einer
OP
ist
entscheidend,
wo
man
diese
machen
lässt
und
wer
operiert.
Meine
„wärmste
Empfehlung“
gilt
hier
explizit
Herrn
Prof.
Dr.
T.
Horbach!
