Morphy Lake State Park

Tourist attraction State park

👍👍 BEAUTIFUL!! The views are spectacular and the campgrounds are very clean. No running water or electric so the place gives you the feeling like you're not at an RV park. Lots of tent campers and camping trailers are limited to 18 feet. The road to get to the lake is winding and some may feel car... People often mention lake,

BEAUTIFUL!! The views are spectacular and the campgrounds are very clean. No running water or electric so the place gives you the feeling like you're not at an RV park. Lots of tent campers and camping trailers are limited to 18 feet. The road to get to the lake is winding and some may feel car sick coming through but it is 100% worth the drive. Great time for small and large groups.

First come first serve camp sites. No RVs longer than 18 feet. Swimming allowed in lake. Vault toilets clean. No water and you have to pack out what you bring in.

Gorgeous place to visit. Camping area right by the lake with grill and a couple of picnic tables. Just be ready to pay a small fee of 5 to enter, cash only.

One of my all time favorite camping spots. Gorgeous area. Awesome little lake on a mountain top. Great for fishing, boating (small), rafting, swimming, and hiking in the surrounding area. A decent amount of camping spots, and never to busy. Love it.

Breathtaking views as you enter the mountain. The fall colors were perfect for pictures. The cleanest bathrooms I’ve seen in a state park. A perfect place to camp and fish for the weekend.
