Place was filthy head staff speaking to junior staff like dirt not sure of the old bats name but was sad to see the way they treat younger staff! They had just gotten an order delivered I asked if they could go grab the things out I wanted to order and was rudely told no it won’t be in until a later time the time they told me was 12:00pm I told her it’s past that time and still refusing to do my order! The old bat that speaks to you like dirt and her junior staff should not have a job there!

Blake was great. The shop was swamped with orders and people and they were short staffed, but his upbeat attitude and friendly personality made up for the wait for our food. Thanks Blake.

While the chicken itself was fresh the store was dirty and gross. We purchased at 10am so it should have been clean but the bins were full, doors and windows were greasy and the staff were uninterested in serving. The toilets were disgusting. They did not have chicken tenders but did not mention it, instead just gave a hot wing in its place. Would not go back.

KFC Moranbah has the standard fare. The lunch service on our visit was efficient.

Without doubt, the worst KFC I have been to. Long wait at the counter, poor service and in the end, Luke warm chicken. Not impressed.

Went to KFC drive through 27/2/21 @ 12.30pm. Ordered zinger box large. Didnt receive potato and gravy, wicked wings had been swapped for 1 chicken piece. Was told none of this. Didn't receive a receipt, can not complain without one. No explanation. Mate in car in front was also missing items. And chips half empty. Feel robbed.

Worst service 6:10 pm, spent 28 mins on the drive thru with only 2 cars in front, what ever is happening inside is possibly soooo disorganised that one order takes 10 mins to be served.

This is honestly the worst KFC I have ever been to. Never get the order correct always missing items, randomly decide to close early or close drive through and extremely unprofessional staff. Go somewhere else if you want good customer service and to get what you pay for.

horrible horrible horrible. i ordered my food online and then had to wait another 30 minutes to pick it up. 20+ plus people were lined up waiting for food. disappointed.
