Good place to say. We enjoy room service and surrounding environment is good.. this hotel surrounding look like forest it's too Nature. Nature lover they like this place more. My friends enjoyed lot. It's good memories for us.

It was good. Inside forest area. It is pet friendly. No breakfast. Room needs improvement. Affordable prize approx 2k per night. Overall good.

Vanam resort is located in Tamil Nadu, not in Pondicherry. If you're having your own vehicle then it will be perfect for you to commute. If didn't have a vehicle, you can use rental bikes near Auroville. If you go for a cab then you need to pay hefty charges. This resort is located very near Auroville. Overall experience is good. Overall it's a pleasant and wonderful resort if you're looking for peace of mind.

I stayed in room number 102, it is mind blowing experience. Room is very big. Only constraint was you surely need your vehicle for transport since nothing is near to this resort so if you are planning to stay here- good but go with vehicle. Rest it is very good

Very poor service! Not family friendly. They don't provide even soap or toothbrush or even a clean towel. The reception person said they can't afford to wash their bedsheets or comforters as it costs them money. This is a very poor place of service.

Scam.. they will take advance and won't provide you rooms or refund it. Will end up by not picking up the call

Lovely place surrounded by plants , isolated area which is peaceful and calm. The rooms in the ground floor are usual rooms with perfect facilities like ac, mattress, bedsheets provided with cupboard ,towels and that has attached restroom with facilities like heater and everything. The upper room has a free space Along with it which is lovely. The most I liked about that room was more spacious and free space outside the room. Perfect place for families and friends who wants to enjoy holiday in a farm with satisfactory facilities.

Nice ambience but very inside from the road. It's tough to handle if you don't have your own vehicle because it is very inside from road. Overall it's is okay

Not a good experience. Beds are filthy. Linen is also in bad shape. For 2 people gave only 1 towel thats too after multiple follow-ups. No chairs to sit. Smelly bathrooms etc., etc., Better avoid this place.

The VANAM RESORT rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at ontime. I had a wonderful experience at the VANAM RESORT. The staff at this property are all great! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE TREAT ONCE.

Good place if you want to be away from crowded place.

Worst place to stay. Rooms are too small for the price they charge. They don't provide even basic amenities like soap, instead they will charge you for it. The electricity connection is erratic and there is no generator. The ACs barely work. Do not trust the photos they have put online, the resort looks no where close to that. There are many places that provide way better facilities for the same price.

We stayed here when we visited Pondicherry. Resort Ambience is very good we can click a lot of pictures here and it is very peaceful.

Totally a unhygienic place. Scamming people by getting entire money before check in and not taking any action if you complain about cleanliness. Bed and blanket smells so bad that we couldn’t even breathe. I made a mistake by not looking at reviews and blindly booked it. Rude management.
