This place has sitting and drive through both facility. Food quality is good. Chicken was crispy and fresh. Ambience good neat and clean. Washrooms are very very dirty. Even the hand washing area was dirty.

It was a very nice experience there.The interior was so good and standard .Food is tasty and we went there at Wednesday. Wednesday has so many offers for buckets .so we enjoyed the visit in all way.

Lovely place with a great ambiance... Awesome finger licking tasty chicken with wonderful chocolate crushers made our evening outing perfect...my son wants to celebrate his next birthday at this fantastic place.❤❤❤❤

Worst experience , I have order one thadoori meal and 5piece hot and crispy chicken, in direct store they are cheating by giving items, in meal box they give only burger French fries and Pepsi,wings and stripes are missing in my pack... Its very worts store,

That's the point of a franchise food chain, it's pretty much standard across the board. KFC is awesome as always. They do need to think of their pricing a little bit more for the Indian market.

An usual KFC store. Servive was really good, so fast . Located in perfect place to avoid crowding , ample of parking place.

As always taste is finger licking good but service was some what slow maybe due to busy hours. Food was served hot so far no issues we can order from table so we won't have to stand in line ✌️

Cleanliness is not upto the expectation. The company should give its employees new shirts. The red color in their shirts turned almost black. Not sure when was it washed the last time.

Worst food quality. Tried value spicy veg burger. Full of tomato sauce. Just bun with veg patty and sweet tomato sauce. Zero vegetables. Not even worth 20rs. Just waste of money. Never will try KFC, ever.

It's a drive thru. Great option when you're entering pondicherry. Restrooms aren't maintained. But other than that it's a typical KFC you can opt for.
