Highly recommend Dr Fadhil. He is very attentive and explains the procedure pre and post. He is extremely careful and does with minimum pain.

Extremely pleased with this clinic experience. Doctor is very professional and explains really well which helped me to get over dental anxiety. I got two implants done. Doctor was very flexible as I had travel plans and gave me a convenient appointment. Clinic is very clean and waiting area is air conditioned with TV and magazines/books to read and plenty of parking available on side way and it's an easily reachable location which I found pleasant. Doctor is extremely skilled and I also got done an extraction and a filling with two implants. X-rays were done inside the clinic while seated at the clinic chair which is very convenient and they were done free for implants. Noticed this clinic is equipped with state of the art technology compared to other places in surrounding area. Doctor is easily reachable through phone or whatsapp which is another plus point for me as I am residing overseas. But I also feel it would be better if the receptionist/assistant could be a bit more trained in customer service. She wasn't up to doctor's /clinic's standard. She came to the waiting area to take down my details and I found uneasy sharing my personal sensitive details such as full name and DOB in front of other patients. She wasn't that competent to write down my details and I had to repeat few times. If she can be trained a bit more it would compliment more to this institution's image. But that wouldn't stop me from coming back to this lovely clinic and I have already recommended this place to few of my friends and relatives.

Worst ever service provided to me.Am pregnant and went for a dental check up.appointment was yesterday and doctor reschedule for 12:30pm today we were at hospital around 12:15 PM and informed the receptionist that i have an appointment. And i went by a tuk because our bike was patched on the road my husband left the bike at road and came to leave me and go and make the bike and come to pick up me so my husband asked that receptionist whether its going to be delayed because they were patients inside. Because to make the bike and come to pick up me. This receptionist was in the call and didn’t response properly and didn’t even dare to listen to us she went inside and complained that we were rude and asking us to take inside which was not happened. And doctor was not even try to listen to us as soon as we went inside he was like this is a hospital we can not take anyone on appointment time. And we were rude to the receptionist as well. She was turned around and looking down to some papers. Yes we understand there will be some delays when handling patients and we try to explain to the doctor about the situation what has happened and he was like u have not paid for the appointment u can look for any other dental care for the appointment. So we turned around. I am writing this because if i been for normal check up thats not a problem if they treated in such way but i am pregnant and they treated me in such way including the doctor and the useless receptionist.since because of this issue I suppose to walk to home.worst ever service please be aware if u have made an appointment. Thank you
