Not as expected, the rooms shown in Google are the luxury rooms, the room I got for 5000LKR per night is definitely not worth it and not even properly clean. Also the staff is not the friendliest, they don't make the guest feel welcome.

Good and friendly customer service. Completely safe. Food is excellent. Worth the price. However the pool was dirty. Dirty as in the filter is broken. The washrooms are bit dirty as well might wanna check the toilet and the water drain system. So it's 50/50.

Good place to take a rest and enjoy. There is a railway nearby to the hotel.

First of all, not a SAFE PLACE. Staff members are really nosy and have minor level attitude. Owner is just caring about selling rooms. In my room bathroom pipes were broken and no hot water at all then, I asked to change the room, So they arranged(just opened the door) new room and when I for a support to move my stuffs they refuse with some angry reacts and talked some nonsense regarding their history, they totally ruined my mood. Also the room wasn't clean and most of furniture covered with dust. Also no wifi coverage to hotel rooms. Pool area and lobby not clean also, I saw about 3 or 4 street dogs in lobby. I mean, I love dogs. But who can accept having smelly dogs in hotel lobby and pool area? There were lot of flies in lobby also, and there are mosquitoes in rooms. AC was noisy. Briefly, if you are planning to visit mt.lavinia don't choose this hotel. You will regret once you arrived there.

This place is worth the price and the location is pretty cool. The rooms are ok but could improve a little bit. Other than that everything is fine. The beach is 20m away from the resort. There are so many restaurants on the beach in this area, so it can get crowded in the evening. Keep that in mind.

Nice hotel with good environment.. but need to maintaining well because wash rooms and rooms not well much as I expected but the overall hotel is a good fir outings.. swimming pool is clean and good.. and foods are good and tasty service is good and friendly.. hotel architecture is cool they use some ancestors photos to Improve there Look.. I love the decorations and that theme they used.. worth for money.. and calm and you can get nice sleep there.. need to clean more washrooms and get a fresh look. Because this hotel used years and not maintained well.. i feel mid rating for this hotel.. not highly Recommend.. I stayed here with my sister & our daughters - a mother/daughter trip. We had the best time! The staff were great - friendly, fun, obliging & helpful. The rooms were comfortable & clean & the Pool was a real bonus.

Very older hotel build in 1970.. Got know they are not repairing the hotel due to marine drive extension Newly fixed ac are in the room However room condition are not up to the mark Furniture and bathroom conditions are not good little lower than the average Manager was very kind and helpful Food are testy and good Hotel maintaince are not up to the mark

I went to this place on 2023.09.06,07. This is a beach front property. The bathroom is not clean. Food is very good. The room is also not to my favour. I do not recommend this place.

Very poor customer service, rooms and washrooms are not clean. no wifi and TVs were broken too. we booked rooms for 10 people and they offered only 2 water bottles (1liter) for the whole team, and they charged extra 500/- for that as well. worthless. they are only trying to sell rooms. will not recommend to anyone.

We booked using booking.com. it has good photos.but after arrived the location it seems very odd look. This is good for short time guests. We never used commode and shower. Think twice.

Lovely boutique hotel located in close proximity to the city and beach. Value for money for a day stay. Has a pool if you feel like having a dip. Room was spacious and wash room was decent. Unfortunately, the bed was like a rock and we found it very uncomfortable. Overall, decent place in a secluded area and great customer service.

no wifi to the room, i saw a face mask stucked in the Air conditioner in room number 25 its terrible i didnt try to remove it, foods are ok, wash room was dirty looks like no body use it long time,
