I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Firstly, there was no kettle or water bottles provided in the room, which was a major inconvenience. The towels provided were also too small and inadequate. The television had no satellite channels and even the local antenna channels were not clear. To make matters worse, I was overcharged for no apparent reason. The bathroom was not up to standard and was lacking basic amenities. On top of everything, every time I turned on the lights in my room, the power would go out and I had to call reception multiple times to fix it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would not stay here again.

There is good reviews but, when i visits, rooms are not clean, dirty towels, washrooms are not tidy. Only receptionist is friendly.less lighting in rooms.

This is the worst place ever I started over night. *No WiFi *There is a TV but doesn't work (doesn't even have a remote or antana cable) *No bedsheets * 1000s of mosquitoes 🦟 * No toothpaste, soup or shampoo * Duty towels (small) * No water * Rude and poor room service When if you ask any of those or complain about them the front desk person won't take any action and after 11 pm no one even answer the calls. I highly don't recommend to anyone. They just money minded people.

We stayed one night in this filthiest hotel, never recommended to anyone to stay. Linen all dirty, mouldy wall and smelly, cockroaches, very noisy, rude lady manager and they don't mind the customers.

I tried to book the room for one month and the receptionist -Madhu, had very bad, unprofessional behaviour. I used to stay in this hotel when I came to Sri Lanka from Australia However the way staff behaved towards me. I am not recommending this hotel anymore to anyone.

Very disappointed room is not clean towels are not clean even there is no water in the room it's comming very slowly can't use the shower also.ac is not working 😔 there is nothing in there very very disappointed wasted my money don't go any one.

i stayed in this hotel from August 30, 2019 to September 12, 2019. The exprience is awsome it was beyond my expectation. The hotel is very clean, hotel staff is very friendly and most important the owner of hotel is very very helpful. During my stay the owner of the hotel use to call me personally and ask me do i need anything or the staff is giving you the proper services or do you have any problem and she make sure that my guests are well. I would say i got five star services in very cheap rate. Thank you for your lovely services and especially big thanks to the owner.
