Staff is not friendly..Even they dont serve patients with a smile..Poor customer service..

To whom it may concern, I have faced worst interview in my life.They asked nonsense again and again & I have to waste my time that useless place. I really dont require to join with u all. May be the worst hospital I have ever seen. Facilities are null. Rubbish place.

It is a private hospital located at Nugegoda -Dehiwala road. Channeling service is available over the phone with a fee.when i booked a specialist over the phone they charged Rs.70/-but its worth. Now a parking lot is available for patients of ceymed hospital which is situated on the other side of the main road next to saegis campus.60/- for patients. no fee for OPD patients once you stamped your parking ticket. Good news is ,this park is also available for outsiders as well. As i remeber fee is about 150/- Good pharmacy is inside the hospital premises to get your medicines. Ceymed lab is a reputed one.

Disgusting place to visit. I consulted Dr. Guwani liyanage ( paediatrician) and visited this place some minutes ago. At the consultation room my baby was given a toy by them. And she came out with it. I was trying to give that toy back to them. But a shameless nurse came and grab the toy from my child rudely. Such a disgusting behavior. I wonder from where they got the nursing training. Nurses should be really kind enough. Specially for a small child

A small, yet a good private hospital easily accessible in Nugegoda area. Patients can leverage their channeling services and they also have an OPD and an emergency service available. They also provide the services of a set of qualified doctors. Staff is friendly and provides a good service. They also have an in-house pharmacy. A credible place that anyone can count on to obtain basic medical services.

Total ripoff! My sister has been having breathing difficulties due to bronchitis, we went to a doctor near our place and since it took a bit of time, and since our parents have put their minds at rest with Dr. Sarath Paranavithana we went there too for a second opinion. We did take the prescribed medication given by the previous doctor and Mr . Paranavithana dumped them in the trash and gave us the exact same medicine to buy again! The doctors charges for this act of cruelty was LKR 2,800! AND DON'T TELL ME CONTACT YOUR STUPID HOTLINE, WHEN I CALL AND COMPLAINT, THEY SAY HOLD AND KEEP ME ON THE PHONE FOREVER TILL NOBODY PICKS UP! UNBELIEVABLY STUPID!

Ceymed at Nugegoda

Worst ever service, needed a blood report urgently for a patient... Then I called the hospital to check if I could get the report asap and I was told.. it will take 3 hours and worst case scenario 3. 5 hours which was about 8.00pm and the report was told to be given before 11.30pm which was already late but accepted because there were no any other options.. But the report was sent after 12.10am next day meanwhile the patient was on pain and waited till the report is ready to drink medicine after exaining the report. (I called several times asking the report) Would not recommend to anyone who is in urgent need for any kind of test.

Worst customer service. I made two appointments for testing and got a cancellation call from Ceymed both times. They rescheduled for the following week, and they cancelled that appointment too, and asked me to come and collect the money. This is how Ceymed treated their patients. Better go to a government hospital. Avoid Ceymed at all cost.

Worst place ever to get an X-ray. So slow.

Worst place to get treatments. Our appointment was scheduled at 6:45pm and the doctor came about 5pm. Morethan an hour earlier and left about 5:45. He did not even waited till other patents to arrive. Calling center is the worst. Had to call 6 times continuously to get the information. Consulting rooms are like spa rooms. If you are looking for place to waste your time and money this is the right place

Experienced the worst ever healthcare service at this horrendous place! Patients are treated with disgusting attitude! Staff is too lazy to be bothered about patients, receptionist is too occupied to give you any sort of attention C's of her "personal calls". No response given when you call the hospital to check on the appointments, you are basically asked to wait and then they simply hang up on you! Have to wait for more than 2 hours to meet the doctor! I would rather go through the pain of whatever the illness hereafter than spending a penny on visiting this "so called hospital"!

I had my first eye surgery here in Ceymed in regarding with my eye stye and its the worst experience i ever experienced cuz it was truly very disappointing that nurses were not even aware where the tools are kept to do the eye surgery and what are even needed and is unable to understand what the doctor is instructing them to do. I was kept inside the ward for around 45 mins till they got all equipments ready for surgery and i honestly felt like cancelling the surgery but unfortunately doctor doesnt come anywhere else than Ceymed. Really was very unprofessional service towards the patient and took so much time for a single surgery and didnt even know how to put a plaster to the eye pad and didnt even have change to give during payment time after surgery and took all our money more than required and even overly charged us as well. I honestly recommend not ever trying Ceymed for anyone its all a waste of time and money only.

Staff is not friendly not pleasant at all. The one in the reception named Sanuja is not a helpful staff at all. She created a consultation appointment without questioning and when inquired she gave attitudes to answer me. Without knowing where to wait i was wating in the reception for more than 20min waiting for the doc infront of her and all the other receptionist were gossiping.. After inquiring if im waiting in the correct place she asked me to go to 1st floor and by the time i was looking for the exact room she didnt even care to tell me where to go. I wonder why these staffs are getting paid and why we are paying hospital charges just to come across such a hassel. Do not visit this place at any cost. The place is unclean the bees are flying around and the staff is not friendly but this place charges a similar cost as the doctor fee . It is absolutely foolish to pay for this place to get treatment . Most importantly the doctor will visit after an hour of your scheduled appointment time. Please visit government hospital rather than visiting this place.

Consulted Dr. Nanda K for an inspection after surgery in a different hospital. Despite the hospital being close the X ray operator and the nurse attending are both horrible creating a chaos for the patients not just us but all the patients coming in for the Doctor. Would rather go all the way from kohuwala to Narahenpita rather than coming to ceymed again.

Went for get medical report and they asked me to come at 1300hrs to collect it i came there sharp at 1300 and wait almost one hour to get it... Too slow and not friendly very much wasting peoples time 🤔🤔

I went to this hospital today due to i had some gastic problem. The physician was Diploma in Family Medicine and not a MBBS one. Anyway they gave me both ACILOC IV and OMEZ IV 40 mg injection. Surprisingly their Charge was Rs. 3500/= and they did not give me a break down of the bill. I questioned from them even. I feel charges are high and doctors are also not so qualified at this place. Therefore, not recommend to anyone. If someone know about this treatment, pls let me know that the fee is fair.

There services are quite good at the moment. Compared to the previous years now they are offering a really good service. Specifically the staff members are pleased to help the customers. I was really satisfied about how they treat customers. There are lot of facilities and space available in their new building.

Very poor services that I faced so far. My Aunt has booked a small surgery in her hand, Dr. Mihira Bandara who was booked and done the surgery, it was comparatively very high rate. I had to do it since it was urgent, hospital knew that they could charge any amount with our urgency. Then after 5 days the it should have to be remove the stitchers. Doctors refuse to visit and the reason was no channeling patients on that day. Then we raise our voice and we wanted to get it done. However, there were one channeling patient and doctors confirmed the visit. At that time when we went there, by staying at nearly 2 hours hospital informed that doctors is not going to come since that channeling patients not answering the phone. This was very unprofessional. We had to go to another hospital and get it done. Very disappointed regarding the Ceymed hospital and I do not recommend anyone visiting here. Very unprofessional consultant Dr. Mihira Bandara, its a shame for professionalism. The funny thing is they do not have any diagnosis card about the surgery done. They were not capable enough to confirm whether stitchers are ‌absorbable stitchers or not. Still they have not provided me diagnosis card.

One of the worst hospitals in Sri Lanka. While seen from outside the hospital it was professional and looked good. I visited multiple times within 20 days. There is no proper management. Between 4pm to 7pm Especially on the 1st floor. There is vision care available. Kids play area, and different types of patience are visiting at this time. Pediatric, eye check, gynaecologist. (Patients are pregnant, mothers with their toddlers and 55+ adults) but available approximately 50 to 60 chairs. Lots of patience standing way till the time of the doctor visit . I believe they should have a proper way to manage the rooms for doctors, require additional chairs to add on the 1st floor. If the doctor is late the hospital should have info to be patient.

You guys have the worst communication system. So disappointed. I am trying to get my reports emailed, Lab phone is not answering at all, and receptionists are disconnecting the call and suddenly keeping the phone I will make a call later. Is this called professionalism?? You guys are providing a health service and we are paying to get that service. So please serve properly and be kind to provide details accurately without making patients even more pathetic.

Very bad security service. They have zero concern even when the patient needs wheel chair support They don't allow patients to use basement car park even when we inform that the patient needs a lot of support and unable to walk. As per security basement car park is only for doctors and management. But they don't understand that all of them get paid because of patients. I'm of the view that management should immediately get involved and reserve 1/3rd of the car park to patients with special needs.

One of the worst hospitals in Sri Lanka. No body knows what they are doing. No patient care at all. Recording says we care. We value you... All nonsense. This is a mushroom hospital. Called the number they gave requesting for a RAT test and when you call they say call another number and cuts the line. Call hospital again they say number we gave is the correct number. If there is a minus rating that is what this hospital deserves.

One of the best hospitals i have been so far. The staff is really kind and helpful. And the place is very neat and tidy. For Small children, they have a separate place to read books also.

I went for a scan for my father in law on last Sunday, 19th Feb 2023 after made an appointment the previous day. We were given the 1st appointment at 4.00 p.m. When we got there the Nurse who was attending the scanning room No. 101 on the 01st floor informed me that my appointment number was No. 05. When I inquired this they said that is how they practice. They issue numbers according to the order of the arrival not according to the appointment made. I was very disappointed as they have not informed me of such a practice at the time of making the appointment. I made the appointment at the reception in person not over the phone. I even asked them what was the preparation for the patient before the scan. The doctor also came very late and we had to wait 1.5 hours to do the scan. Please understand that we also have other commitments and difficulties as patients and the family members who cared for their loved once.

I had a health check up with their latest packages. First of all, one of the affordable and cheapest so far have seen in town. The service from the lead, Chamila and Ishara, was good and they are very pragmatic in handling the busy front office. Doctors were on time, but I was received a notification on altering consulting times, that was fine.

My husband had a bad experience with Ceymed so that i had made a complaint regarding a channeling.And new customer relation manager named Dilki managed to handle it nicely and very professional manner. And the best thing is she handled it within few minutes after the incident. Initially I thought I never go to Ceymed again. But Ms.Dilki changed my mind with her help. All the best Ceymed and Ms.Dilki.

Highly recommended private hospital 24x7 service in Nugegoda area, also Pharmacy. They provide an excellent service. Channeling facility is also available and ample car parking

Very inconvenient and an inefficient medical center, no parking facility, impossible to park on the main road as well. Better avoid if possible.

There are channelling section and a OPD also. You can meet a doctor anytime at OPD. There is also a pharmacy. But they've not provided parking, there is a small parking but it's always full. You cannot use street parking too.

Small infrastructure and small space. I went to consult a pediatric Consultant. Nurses and consultant care to my child very well. Nurses are kind and helpful.Please develop the space and facilities.

Stay away its old dirt unorganised place with no room inside. Brought my mother there for an appointment at 4.30 the doctor didn't show up until 7 it was 8.30 when the doctor finally sow her there is no proper waiting area. Or parking place I had to wait in my car for most of the time while my mother was sitting inside in that small wait area. That's only accessible by the smallest left I have ever seen. I call them to make appointment and they told us to come 2.30 pm now it is 4.30 and all patients are waiting. No one never should come here for any medical reasons.

24 hours labs, OPD and Pharmacy. Located in a convenient place between Nugegoda and Kohuwala junction. Car parking is somewhat challenging. The inside space will get filled very soon, the outside car parking is uneven and full of mud during a rainy day. Ceymed has been our Hospital for decades and the service we receive is very promising. I would like to recommend Ceymed for your treatments, blood tests, scans and pharmacy requirements and so on. I came to take an xray and i was given an apron (sarong) which i felt it was a apron used by a another patient which i feel it is not properly cleaned and no disposable cloth had been used on the xray bed which is the normal prapractice to lay a disposable cloth to the xray bed.

Had been a very convenient and trustworthy medi care center for ages now. The two resident doctors are well renowned family doctors for the whole of Nugegoda area.

Ceymed home visits are really helpful service. Ceymed staff members who visited our home was really nice and helpful. Now they have a very nice place with many facilities than earlier. Really appreciate their customer service.

I recently went there newly established Ceymade Hospital near Manjari Nugegoda.The place is very specious and the staff also very corporative and active. The lab assistant was not very pleasant but I ignored his behaviour as he’s lab assistant and nothing better that.But other staff including nurses, cleaners, security, pharmacists are very professional. They also call us before the appointment to keep up updated without getting delay or time wasted. There is a number of consultants are visiting there and it is very convenient.There’s elevator for easy access. Would appreciate if there’s a car park which is close to the hospital than the current one as sometimes it is difficult to managed with adults and disables.

Their charges are high but their services are not of standard. Patients' time is wasted due to not having enough doctors.

A caregiver for my elderly father-in-law recently suffered a fractured toe. It was late in the early evening and we needed some immediate care. The OPD at Ceymed helped out when no one else would. Thank you to the lovely souls who understood our needs and gave took care of the patient. He's doing very well now.

Had an awful experience trying to get a PCR done. Went to the main building in Nugegoda and was directed to the PCR laboratory next door. Waited 45 minutes there as it was deserted, eventually they sent someone from the main building. The sample was collected in a dingy garage which was dirty and had flies and rats. The person who took the sample said I needed to go back to the main building to pay by card and was reluctant because she had to go back with me. When I was making the payment, the counter staff asked me to tell her the PIN number (???). Awful service, would not recommend.

Today i went to Ceymed for a scan under Dr. Nalaka Wijenarayana. I got number 05. They asked me to come at 5.00 pm. I went there at 5.00pm and finished the scan at 5.1pm. They gave a excellent service. Specially customer care officer , she rang me and gave the correct iinformation about the scan and preparations... Thank you so much Ceymed team. Dr. Nalaka also very kind...

I thought to write this won't be happened to any patient here after. Yesterday I channeled Dr.Guwani. She's really amazing doctor. But the nurse who were at that time in her room was unprofessional. We reached early and was sitting infront of the room.There were no rush that time. When doctor arrived,nurse collected my slip also.She called all the patients who were at that time except my child.Then she started to call late comers too.She purposely ignore us.When I asked her what number is going on she said randomly calling. We inquired the reason why don't you call. Then only she called us. We really disappointed. We visited hospital to show child(patient) to the doctor not at all spending our time like in garden.I request pls educate and advice to nurse specially who were yesterday how to treat for patients.( pediatric session) The reputation of the hospital will sink very soon because this kind of staff.

The front office team at Ceymed is highly efficient and provides timely service to clients. I frequently visit the physiotherapy unit, where my physiotherapist, Ms. Venuka Nishanthi, demonstrates significant experience in her domain. The modern building facilities are impressive.However, there is room for improvement in the efficiency of the nursing staff. Overall, I would recommend Ceymed to anyone, as it is conveniently located in the heart of Nugegoda city.

Witnessed such an Unprofessional behaviour by Dr Anuruddha Abeygunasekera at Ceymed Hospital - Nugegoda on 12.09.2023 Booking a Private consultation for my mother by paying, and getting scolded in expletives when requested for a Specialist opinion is extremely disappointing. This kind of approach truely makes a negative impact on all the Kind and dedicated Doctors in the country.
