My
experience
with
this
place
was
a
disaster.
I
came
to
get
a
medical
clearance
for
work.
I
went
to
the
cashier
and
paid
what
they
billed
me
for.
A
couple
hours
later
they
call
me
frantically
and
accuse
me
of
not
paying
for
the
doctors
fees.
Then
I
clarified
that
I
paid
for
what
they
billed
me.
It
was
at
this
point
that
the
girl
on
the
phone
says
that
they
forgot
to
charge
me
the
doctors
fees.
Then
again
accused
me
of
not
paying
and
asked
me
why
I
didn't
pay
it.
I
explained
that
I
was
not
sure
what
their
charges
are
-
I
just
paid
what
they
asked
me
to
pay.
Then
she
asked
me
if
I
can
come
back
and
pay
the
balance.
I
explained
that
it
would
have
to
be
the
next
day
as
I
was
not
in
a
position
to
come
back
as
I
had
returned
home.
Then
she
insisted
I
go
to
a
bank
and
deposit
the
money
right
away.
I
said
I
could
only
do
it
the
next
day.
Then
she
went
on
badgering
me,
asking
me
what
time
I
will
make
the
payment
the
next
day
and
how
they
have
to
close
accounts.
I
explained
to
her
that
this
was
not
my
fault
and
that
they
will
have
to
be
patient
with
me.
Then
I
mentioned
I
will
try
to
make
the
payment
as
early
as
possible.
I
also
asked
if
I
could
return
one
of
the
medicines
I
purchased
the
previous
day
as
I
already
had
that
medicine
in
my
home.
She
said
she
will
check
-
then
after
checking
said
it
could
be
returned.
Through
the
course
of
the
day,
I
got
multiple
calls
from
this
girl
asking
me
when
I
am
going
to
make
the
payment,
being
a
nuisance
and
disturbing
my
work.
I
explained
to
her
that
I
will
certainly
make
the
payment
but
when
I
am
free.
She
then
accused
me
that
I
should
have
the
decency
to
pay
as
I
received
a
service
from
them.
I
explained
to
her,
again,
that
this
was
an
oversight
on
their
part
and
I
was
not
to
blame,
but
the
payment
will
have
to
be
made
when
I
was
free
to
do
it.
At
10
in
the
night
I
drove
to
the
hospital
to
make
the
payment.
I
was
unable
to
deposit
it
as
I
didn't
have
change
and
I
couldn't
stand
any
more
calls
from
this
hospital.
This
matter
was
then
closed.
The
next
day,
I
returned
to
the
hospital
to
return
the
medicine
that
they
had
agreed
to
take
back.
They
refused
to
accept
it
and
gave
multiple
reasons
-
1.
it
was
not
their
internal
process
to
take
returns;
2.
returns
had
to
be
within
24
hours;
3.
I
needed
the
bill
to
action
the
return
(they
had
taken
my
bill
for
their
internal
process
so
I
didn't
have
it
and
they
accepted
that
they
had
taken
it);
4.
they
were
not
sure
what
condition
I
had
stored
it
in
(I
assured
them
that
I
didn't
put
it
on
a
stove
and
heat
it).
They
kept
looking
at
me
and
each
other
for
20
minutes,
already
decided
that
they
were
not
going
to
accept
a
return
and
was
wasting
my
time
in
order
to
make
me
leave.
So
I
complied.
They
agreed
to
call
me
and
took
down
my
number
-
never
called.
I
sent
them
messages
-
never
responded.
It
was
all
so
that
they
could
get
their
money.
