Was patient for many times and thought to leave a comment at last. The reception doesn’t know y they exist...They think they are beautiful and the patients are reaching them to see their Beaty .. They are never trained to be pleasing and to provide information for the seeker.. They don’t know customer care... This was heard from many others who reached them too.. And the way they announce just like singing and not properly communicating.. And the vehicle park is too charter... 🤮

Very expensive.oh no! They take 4000 rs plus 500 rs for taking a number for the dental. 4000 rs for 5 minutes cleaning of the teeth. I’m sure you can find a good place for your once in 6 months clean up. Crazy charges!!! I was not expecting that! Even that clean up is not good. In 3 months you have to clean again because they didn’t do it properly. Usually good clean up takes 30 minutes . Don’t go to this place for anything!

Doctor always late... Like government hospital, we have pay and waiting lot of time, if we going to channeling consultant doctor they also late late.. I waited longer time to get medicin from pharmacy hence only two people work and others are resting, I had to purchase a simple vaccination from outside pharmacy and bring to them to have the vaccination.

Visited here for a consultant channel appointment. The first impression was very poor because parking is opposite the four lane main road while the hospital building in other side of the road. The reputed Nawaloka company could build parking space inside the building if the land space is not enough in building site. The parking facility is poorly arranged even some restaurants make more convenient parking than Nawaloka. The seating space and corridor space is not enough. The visiting consultants are reputed and satisfactory service is available. Scans and other related tests are available nearby to the channelling rooms.

The following conflict occurs at the cashier counter and i was so disappointed about Nawaloka Hospitals. The reason was I wanted to pay my bill half cash and rest by the card but unfortunately cashier refused do so, i asked do you all have any policies or procedures relating to this payment method, he said yes we have policy that we don’t offer that service. I asked to speak to manager and the cashier said he is at a meeting he cannot meet me and I spoke to him over the phone his name is Sumith and he said they don’t have a such policy, it such a shame on a reputed organisation that they don’t provide a service as mentioned. Please provide some training on staff how to handle customers,if such a service is not offered without just swiping the money from the card. If the management is interested on this complaint. Please avoid such an inconvenience on future to other customers would faced or provide the those features or upgrade your systems.

Look for something else for the pcr test. When you go test a lot of people with covid complaints are coughing in your neck, no distance at all and nobody to manage the queu, its only about collecting your 6500. The second day the result could be recollect the next day at the same time. The results were not there and nobody gave an explanation. Only one woman started calling with the lab. After half an hour we asked how long it would take, but suddenly I was invisible for them. After making a lot of noise I got their attention and somebody told us that if it takes a longer time the test was possibly positive! After 45 minutes we finally got the results and both were negative. But after the two times in this very unsafe environment its kind of stupid to rely on this test, because chance is very high to get covid in this place! (We Saw a lot of people who came to collect a positive test there) I know we cant expect western standards here, but it would be logical to keep people outside for waiting instead of 50 people inside at the same time with now distance at all. Please be Wise! At this moment it looks like Covid is there way of creating extra income, because this place is a true covid spreading place!

The organisation of the PCR testing site in Nawaloka Negombo is ridiculous. 1.You have to fill out some forms physically- so if you don't have a pen with you, you are stuck using the pens touched by so many people. 2. There is no sense of urgency on thr part of the staff to get through the tests quickly. We stood in a line inside a small closed space - which is the worst thing for covid. 3. Collecting results - has to be done physically. Once again - no sense of urgency. There were long queues and there was no order in the collection. While standing in a line outside, i was asked to go inside to another line and when I reached the front of that, I was told that pcr test results were in a different queue Please do better. This is not okay.

Got medications from dr.dulcy tissera it was like she was in a rush or something didn’t even listen to the requirements and gave medications without even asking if I’ve got any allergies . Gave an oral pill (claritek) and medications for gastritis , didn’t even ask if I have gastritis or anything just gave the medications for acne only didn’t even bother about listening to other things I wanted medication for .

Very bad place for chanelling. I'm waiting here for 1 hr & 30 minutes for the Dr. Wasanthi Gunasekara (Eye specialist) on 18th October 2020. There is a pandermic in the country & Gampaha is considered as a hot zone. But here, 14 people cramed up in a small room waiting for the doctor for 90 minutes. There is no any response from the hospital staff when we are asking about why the doctor is late through a telephone call. The bill they have issued states that Appointment time is 11.00 AM but finally Doctor arrived here at 12.20 PM. Until that no one from hospital staff came chanelling area to explain why the doctor is late.

We have pay and waiting lot of time, if we going to channeling consultant doctor they also late may be 30 or 60 minutes. Advertising PCR tests but the tests are not PCR. I went to get my test yesterday - the nurses clearly are using lateral flow testing devices. Worse still - the test is done and the dropper put on the lateral flow device - results are taken almost instantly and the nurse throws the LFD away. The normal procedure is to wait 15 minutes for a result. This is not being adhered too. Otherwise service is fast and results are collected in 24hrs with no problems.

DON'T GO HERE FOR COVID TESTS.Worst covid testing experience ever. The place is very ineffective and unreliable. No social distancing what so ever is practiced in the covid testing facility. Nurse who got the test sample is lacking the required training. Me and husband wanted to get the 24 hr antigen reports for travels and they even had misplaced my report. The worst is they didn't even communicate that to us and kept us waiting despite we were getting late to go to the airport.

If you fly Emirates via Dubai (only stopover) you only need antigen test. See attached picture. It costs 2000 ruppee per person, card or cash payment is possible. We did it in Negombo. You can do it in Colombo also (see attached picture).

They have a poor Dr. Called S.JEYAKUMAR(Gynaecologist), The guy is a fraud, If you consultant him, The baby and the mother will be at risk! My family is a victim. CAREFUL!!

Eshanth perera (chest physician) will arrive minimum 1.5hrs late to the session (every session, writing with experience) and take another 1hr to enjoy his lunch, while the people who paid full hospital charge wait in a parking lot under hot sun boiling inside a aluminum shed without any AC or whatever they charged as hospital charge. They do not have no respect to other people’s time and even enjoy their evening cup of tea at least for 30mins. Plus; You will meet the most ill-mannered medical staff at Negombo Nawaloka. Which they do not know how to treat customers (patients) and they’re not trained nor understand the gravity of the tasks at hand. Sad to see the state one of the most respectable and valued profession has fallen. This is the kind of system change we as citizen should speak up for.

I worked in the pharmacy of this hospital for about three months. I had to work very frustratingly during those three months. Older employees do not teach newer employees work. They wait until the new employees make a mistake. The Human Resource Management Division does not solve employee grievances. They also have very little knowledge of labor law and human resource management. Employee turnover is very high. Although this company has a high recognition, it is only in name. On the first day I came to work HR Executive was told I could get a salary of 35000 but I only got a salary of 18000.

This tuesday morning ( 20 th october ) i went here for treating for some pain in my leg with the accident ( no any major wound ) i met on same time and they rejected me for ETU and OPD due to covid situation.. Is this their quality and service..

I had to admit 2 kids to the hospital last night. Had 2 undergo Rapid Antigen Test for Covid for all 4 including the staying parents. The whole process took atleast 2 hours. Room was quite spacious and the care and attention were top notch.

I visited the OPD today and the doctor there was very inexperienced and had no clue how to help us out. My mother was the patient and when her medical history was explained the doctor said that she couldn't help, we thought maybe it was the for our best than getting an incorrect diagnosis. The nurse Chathurika who was in the OPD was playing a game on her phone the whole time we were in the room. Utterly disappointed about the decision of the management on appointing an amateur doctor and for the lazy staff who did not care about the patient at all, given the fact that this is a private hospital. Please do not take your loved ones to the OPD at Nawaloka, it will either be an incorrect diagnosis or a useless visit to the doctor.

Having undergone surgery and consulted a gastroenterologist recently, I can say that, generally, the quality of medical care is excellent - other than doctors routinely arriving late, of course. The reception and administration is a different story altogether, however. Many of the receptionists are arrogant and rude (you never hear please or thank you). Other administrative staff promise a call back which never happens or leave you on hold until you give up. It's a great pity that such a high medical standard should be paired with such appalling service. Rather like many airlines and mobile phone companies, they just seem to have so much business that they don't need to care about the people paying them.

One of the best private sector hospitals in the area. Supportive staff. The reception staff is also quite co-operative and helpful. We have visited several times for channelling and treatments and every time, we had a good service. The only bad experience we had was with the parking. It would be nicer if they had a larger car parking area.

Yesterday we went to Nawaloka Negombo for a doctor appointment and as well as for a scan. When we went to the scaning counter we gave doctors prescription then they charged 2900 rupees and they didnt ask doctors letter from us and they just did the scan. Then same day we had appointment with doctor as well and then doctor after seen the scan he said it has not properly done and without asking his letter how they do a scan??? We just go to a hospital like this just keep trust on them. As pateints we dont no what their proceedures atleast they should guide us. This kind of situation spending another 2900 and doctor fee of 2000 is big amount for us. We dont no wether this is hospital falt or doctor's mistake. However we have to spend double for same thing again and again. This is absurd.

I was at the hospital negombo with my child and my wife. I requested to let me go inside with my wife .(then only she can visit the doctor).front desk staff didn't let me. I asked this because wife can't handle my son (6 months) Alone with all the document files and bags as both of them were in a special condition. As we are well aware about current covid regulations i simply asked to went inside.But didn't even pay attention to the request.worst customer servise ever.not recommending for anyone.

The service was good. Had to wait a long time for the doctor. But they had a smooth system where everyone was guided to were they should be. However the parking was a big issue.

Disappointed about the long wait. Waited to consult Dr. Nuwan D Premachandra. He is consulting patients and doing surgeries same time. So patients have to wait long period to get their chance more than 2, 3 hours.

Worst experience I've ever had in my life, I've consult a diabetologist Dr. Dulani Kottahachichi the issue is they are allowing more than 75 patients to book appointments, and the appointment time for us was 12pm but even now it's 3pm we are not even close, nawaloka and its doctors take accountability Don't waste people's time; they're only interested in money. I had to get a flexible sigmoidoscopy done recently and had to wait in the examining room for one and half hour until the doctor arrives cuze the scheduling was not done properly. there was two kids of one of the workers in the examining room running around while I was changing into my gown 🤷‍♀️

The nurse’s staff is quite disrespectful and hot tempered to the patients. They are lack of positive attitudes towards patients. I really dissatisfied with the hospitality of the poor nurses.

My kid was admitted to the Negombo Nawaloka Hospital for two days. We stayed in the new building, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The nursing and doctor care were excellent. The food was tasty and clean. Charges were reasonable. Overall, a very positive experience.

For the entire duration of my wife pregnancy and birth, All the staff are amazing. Each one showed empathy, support and I felt like they really genuinely cared about my wife and my baby. They explained procedures clearly, allowing an informed choice and although they are under pressure (staffing levels were apparent) they didn’t show this to patients. Toilets have no toilet paper, tissue, or a hand dryer 🤷🏼‍♂️ Appointment system is useless cos doctors dont arrive on time and slot time estimated on appointments have no meaning at all. Appointment was for 7:30, doctor arrived at 8:50. The estimated appointment time for my token was for 7:50. But the actual time i went in was 11:30. But the staff at the hospital are very friendly and helpful

Overall satisfied except billing which took more than one hour to submit bill to insurers which took much time after discharging. Prefer nawaloka could improve on this because this shows inability of staff or not using the right technology.

Nawaloka Hospital is another leading hospital system in Sri Lanka.  I have received medical services from its Negombo branch several times.  All its hospital staff provide efficient and very friendly service.  A group of highly experienced doctors are working here to provide valuable services to the patients.  And this Hospital is well cleaned and maintains a high level of hygiene.  And the services here are quite expensive.  A large parking area is also available here.

Their hospital staff, nursing, cleaning staff, care giving staff, theatre support crew is very friendly and kind. Thankfully to their support i felt healing is way more faster for me. All other arrangements plus food are on next level. The overall service is 10/10.

Staff is very supportive. I went to the Nawaloka hospital on weekday evening time. The hospital was a bit busy during that time. But i didn't feel any disturbance, and the doctor had already started the session and waited for nearly 1.5 hours for my turn. Washrooms are also very clean & tidy. They maintain the hospital according to international standards. Seating arrangements are also fine. but one thing need to be highlighted in here, they haven't enough parking space. I parked my vehicle 300+ meters far away, and i walked to the hospital. Except for the parking space, all others are fine for me.
