It sent me broken product. And when i asked for new one or refund, they said it will take weeks to get new one or get refund. As it is a small amount i bbared my loss and reviewed the seller with 1 star because of sending me broken product. But daraz ppl never posted it. I got a msg and it says review rejected. When i click on the reason...it was empty. I wonder how many ppl fall into this daraz trap. No wonder daraz ppl have allah s blessing to do such a doggy business.

Please take off the phone number nobody answers it. And stop playing netball with parcels. However well wrapped by seller, it will get damaged.

Really Bad service, i got items months later. i contact store and he told they cannot do anything they just delivered to daraz ..they don't get responsible for anything on that, so that point i contact daraz they just files complain , after few days i called them again ,they said department still didn't give any solution you have to wait ,i think 15-20 days i just wait until they reply, they not gonna refund, they gonna deliver order how ever, i didn't have option because daraz not gonna refund for items ,,it will take months. they waist my time , if you need anything soon do not buy through daraz unless that not important , because really hard to get cancel or refund for a order

Absolute shithousery of a customer service. Called them continuously but they continue to decline the call. Man, I'd work here too if I had to decline calls for a job!

daraz is not refunding my money of 15000 which i have been raising complaint after complaint. this is the answer they give all the time I do understand your concern sir,I am really sorry for the inconvenience caused.I am deeply sorry for dragging this for so long,We will ensure to sort this out as soon as possible. i dont think they are even bothered.

It is very difficult to find due to the name board having faded although it is along the galle road. They also do not answer either of the phone numbers given to get any additional directions. However, once you go in staff is knowledgeable about what needs to be done and attends promptly. This is a very convenient option.

Concept of collection point is very good. But the process of searching for a product when we go to collect takes a lot of time.
