Very attractive & satisfied place & highly recommend for every visitors that who is going to find a better place near by mount lavinia area. Even all the essential facilities are available here and no need to find them in out side. I am sure to say, it is one of the best place that I had ever seen in my travels life 🖤

It is such a nice place to stay. The rooms are very bright and big, everything is clean, you have an A/C and a van and a very beautiful bathroom. The highlight is of course the rooftop, where you can sit down and chill with a beautiful view. Thank you so much for being so polite and helpful. Enjoyed our stay a lot. Take care :)

Kozy B&B is one of the perfect and best places to stay in Colombo. It's mainly because of the rooms that were super clean, very comfortable and elegant as well which was way beyond what we expected. Nevertheless, the manager or Owner Mr. Wishwa and the care taker who were delightful and eager to help should really be appreciated for their exceptional service. Thank you! Place is very clean and had a good time. Room and attached bathroom is very clean. If you want to prepare a tea or noofles, they have dishes and hot water jug for that too. And also they've got a nice cafe. Love the place

Me and my husband stayed here for two days and room and bathroom was clean, exactly looked like the pictures shown in their website, staff was also friendly, a good place to stay if you you need stay few days in Colombo for work/shopping etc..

Great Value for money. Well maintained and very neat rooms with comfy beds, Very well secured place and professionally maintained. The owner is very professional and really helpful The place is quite and Clam, also at the center of Mount Lavinia. Vishwa and his team were delightful during my short stay! They were prompt with their responses, flexible with my needs, and most importantly, were very hospitable. The rooms and bathrooms were exceptionally clean and are just like the ones in the pictures. It did take me some time to find the place as the street is relatively narrow and can be missed but it was never an inconvenience. Be sure to try out their breakfast too - highly recommend!

New property so everything is nice and clean with a very modern and spacious bathroom. Roof top is very open and spacious. Customer service top notch 👍. The location is very quiet and down a dark alley and a bit remote. Uber is very cheap to get to Colombo 3 or 5 and the beach is a short 10-15 minute walk away. Overall I highly recommend this place for those on a tight budget or looking for some peace and tranquility.

Definitely stay here, especially if you’re using Mount Lavinia train station. (It’s a 30-35 min tuktuk to Colombo Fort Station.). Bathrooms are 5 stars! The whole place is new spotless, but I was underwhelmed by the bed and sheets. I highly recommend having something to eat or drink on the roof! They built a beautiful kitchen and restaurant space. I got a tour of the kitchen; and it’s spotless! The roof can be quite sunny in the morning, but it’s perfect in the afternoon and evening. Go enjoy a fresh lime juice! 🤩

Although a bit far from the beach, only walking distance to the beach. The town, main road, beach access, restaurants and bars, supermarkets are well nearby, in walking distance. Well secured place and privacy is well maintained. Kosala is so helpful, good quality service for the guests. Fully equipped kitchen (a common one) available. First floor balcony is a quiet place for a smoke and a coffee. Above all is provided for a really acceptable price. Good luck!

I was hunting for a place to stay around Colombo and this place is far more better than some of the 4/5 hotels that I checked. Relaxing environment, super friendly staff and spotlessly clean rooms. With no doubt the best deal around Colombo. Simply loved the stay! ♥️♥️

nice, clean and affordable. if you're on your way south, this might be a good pit stop. Although it doesn't look like it on the map, but Colombo fort or Makumbra might be the better places for that.

We had a really nice stay at this B&B, Sujit the caretaker was really helpful and the owner kindly let us have a late checkout. The rooms were very clean, had working AC and ceiling fan and the bathroom was in excellent condition with a good shower. It was such good value that we have left our luggage their and will stay there again before we fly out of Sri Lanka!

-Horrible neighborhood, annoying service- The house is new, located in an area of ​​old street, the surrounding landscape is horrible, mossy, moldy. When checked in and picked up luggage, the employee put food bag next to the broom, have no choice. He seems very friendly on the surface but likes to bother you all the time. In beginging plan stay for three days, but he knocked on the door and asked me twice, and I told him three days again but refuse open the door.because of sleepping. He asked another employee who was cleaning the room to ask if I would check out today. I finally checked out after staying for two days. Be prepared to go into that alley, it's a dirty neighborhood.That feeling is that you spent money to buy his management
