    Horrible place to get treated. Avoid at all costs. They don’t even deserve this review let alone a one star. Staff is very rude and so was the doctor (Dr. Shyama) She won’t even listen to you or let you explain your symptoms. Won’t even check the patient properly. This so called private hospital is worse than a government hospital to be honest. The place is not that clean too. Receptionists are always busy with their personal chit chats. They won’t even provide you with clear instructions on how to take your medicines and what the next step would be. Very very disappointed! Waste of time and money because you will anyways have to channel another doctor for sure.

    Worst service ever. We came to get medicine at 4 am on September month. There was a lady doctor who consulted my brother. She doesn’t even know how to talk patient . My brother who is 18 yrs old had stomach upset .when he asked is this gonna be okay ?because of the pain .Her answer was to us how would i know? I don’t know.We completely understood that day that lady doctor is careless and not respect for patient.and when we needed pharmacy also closed.we paid for the service otherwise we would go government hospitals. Anyways i know this hospital does not know how to respect patients, manners and irresponsible. MANAGEMENT Please have a look at other people comments otherwise ur company will be loss because we wont coming again to have expectations worst service.

    To be honest I cannot fault them, the service that was given to us was exceptional, laboratory girl who work tirelessly to provide good care! Cost effective. keep up the good work. Ample parking space.

    My parents were asked to take a scan by Dr. Chathura. The fee was paid but no scan was done and they had to return home without the scan done. The second day it was the same ... until 8 pm.

    Have been to your hospital many times and no complaints. But today went for RAT and the service was pathetic and the it was handled is not acceptable from a recognised hospital. Only one person is doing everything. Taking forms to paying money to getting receipts. And she does the test also. Suddenly she disappears and all are waiting getting the flavour of the dust and loud tooting of the horns. Poor show. Pls address this matterASAP

    Probably the worst medical hospital in Sri Lanka. People go to private hospitals looking for better service than in govt hospitals but in WinLanka hospital you’ll never receive good service. The staff is the worse part apart from the facilities. Very unkind,ungrateful staff! Even govt nurses don’t behave in such irrational, unkind manner. Not to mention about the receptionists who operate incoming calls.very slow and poor service. Kind of a hospital that should be shut down ASAP

    Very bad service and inhumane treatment. The staff are so ignorant of the patient's circumstances and lack the skills necessary for their basic duties. Will never recommend to anyone. Stay away from them!

    I always believe that first impressions is the last. The ladies at the reception (Billing counter) are highly unprofessional. I just wanted to check about the details of well women package. They told me that go and ask the details from laboratory. But I could realised that the laboratory lady doesn't know about the exact details. But anyway she is supportive than the reception ladies. She once again accompanied me to the reception. At that time also the receptionists are responded very negative manner. They are not customer focused at all. Really disappointed.

    I applied for a job posting for an apprentice Pharmacist position and I received a call on the 25th of September asking to come for an interview. I received a confirmation call again on the 27th. Upon arrival, a lady took my CV in and came back after few moments only to embarrass me in front of the entire lobby saying 'can you even read a prescription?' I've done my a/ls in the stream of biology and currently in my final year of doing a biomedicine degree. I've also been turned down by jobs in life but never been embarrassed like so in front of a crowd. IF THEY SAW ME UNFIT FOR THE ROLE, THEY SHOULDN'T HAVE CALLED ME IN THE FIRST PLACE. I'm utterly disappointed with the miscommunication and I can't imagine how they communicate with patients.

    They dont have generator when power cuts happens.very very poor service.. There a patient who suffering from asthma, he has to wait till the power comes.

    Very poor service and really disappointed about the hospital staff.I was having the appointment at 3.30 pm and doctor was not arrived even at 4 pm, Not a big deal.But I just asked from a nurse ( bunch of nurses of were there) is doctor is here or not, then one nurse was saying that doctors are always late and she didn't care a-bit of what I asked and the way she answered is Really rude.we are not paying money to be treated this way in a private hospital.I would never recommend this place to any one. worst private hospital ever and worst staff

    Seriously dissapointed on the place. The receptionist was so unprofessional to begin with. She was leasurly having her personal call without even giving an eye contact to the people awaiting at the counter. Staff is clueless on doctors arrival times and the attitude too was pretty rude. Place is over staffed but nobody seems to know how to do their job. Its more like a local "Pola" than a private hospital. Zero professionalism. Not recommended at all

    Poor customer service. Impolite staff, don’t inform patients when doctors are delayed, expecting patients to wait in the dismal waiting area for hours, we waited for 2 hours until doctors arrived where as we live just 5 min away - staff refused to inform us.

    Absolutely unacceptable service by Physiotherapist Bhanaka Fernando who charged rs 2500 for a hurried session which only lasted 10 minutes. He was also on his phone the entire time. No help offered by the hospital staff for patient who was in obvious distress. So unsatisfactory and would definitely NOT recommend to anyone.

    Money minded people. I am telling this because of the doctor we consulted.She's in ground floor( Room number 03, OPD family doctor ) and speaks tamil too..I'm not sure about her name.she should have gone to some other field if her intention is just to earn money. She will ask you whether you are going to Continue the treatment in our hospital. If you neglect then she starts to show her true color..From then on her reply will be yes or no for whatever doubts you ask about your medical problem.she tries to finish your case and expects the other patient to come in just to do the same to all of them . You get 500 fee to treat your patient like this ! you don't deserve to be a doctor

    There are doctors available for any medical reasons always at the hospital and many medical services are being offered for patients convenience. Dr. Chathura has being our family doctor for years. He's very attentive to all the patients and a very nice doctor to meet whenever you need a medical advise. The staff and everyone there are very nice to patients and would ways provide with the best medical services. Thank you!!!

    Very poor service. The receptionist has bad behavior. Not treat to the customers in a kind way. Also they are added unrecognized charges in my parents’ hospital bill. When I ask them it ,they did not give a proper reply to me.

    Useless and lazy staff and the medicine was administered in a way which made things worse for my grandmother. We were told to get an additional attendant to keep an eye on my grandmother cause according to them they are short manned at the hospital. The nurses does not clean the sheets/ bedding, medical waste unless they are told in this so called private hospital.The discharge process took the whole day, which started around 11 am in the morning and went on till around 10pm. We were told the hospital bill would be like 4lakhs upon initial inspection and then when we insisted and made a fuss about it, it came down to around 250000. Worst hospital ever. Thanks to their lack of care we had to re admit my grandmother at a government hospital to get the proper treatment she needs.

    Worst hospital. Cannot recommend to anyone. They lost the blood report that we paid for, but kept saying they handed it over to the doctor, which they didn't. A patient had the worst experience being admitted here. Staff was extremely unfriendly and lazy. Not responsive. They take about an hour to come to the room and respond after we called them. They do not want to check on the patients, especially when on the night shift. Wonder what they are paid for!

    The OPD lady doctor is judgmental. And no signature or seal on the prescription so how are we sure whether the doctors in OPD at winlanka are qualified doctors are or not ? The girl is the cashier in the pharmacy is lethargic and reluctant to give change. What’s the point of not having change and encouraging to use the card if they are carrying out a business. Also, don’t expect any greeting or thank you from the team whatsoever.

    A note from a delighted Customer/Patient : Priyanga Dias * We accidentally discovered WinLanka Team when facing a horrible experience in life. * Our humble gratitude goes to Dr Arunajith Peiris for being a Guardian Angel by expressing his professionalism in a humanly manner. * Ward had a homy environment due to the friendless and safety feeling received from the Matron and from her entire Team of Nurses. * Ward Nursing Team is an asset to the entire Hospital from the trainee of day 01. * We wish Ms Udeni, Ms Hiranthi and Ms Kumudu will extend their empathetic services for more and more patients for a long lasting period in WinLanka. * Food was good and clean with adequate quantities. * House maintenance with a supervision will give more quality. * Theater Team was so friendly and had no fear to face any. ** We definitely will recommend WinLanka for anyone who is in need.

    in the pharmacy, they charged 2200 rupees more than the real amount. i bought nexito 5mg and 10mg tablets and they billed it as nexito 10mg and 20mg. gladly I noticed and got my money back. not sure it was intentional or not, but no one wants to lose money this way

    One of worst experience I ever get from this channeling center. I made an appointment early today for Dr Eranda Narangoda. He was late to the appointment for two hours. Staff is disgusting. They don't know anything. Doctor came and went home without consulting me. What a wasted time. Not recommend this place for anybody.

    There is a customer trap. They charge additional fee after 8PM. (around 25% additional on your bill amount). I didn’t know their rule. but still I start my treatment before 8PM, but it ended after 8, and cost me additional 25% from the normal rate. Not mention this rule anywhere in the hospital.

    Absolutely horrible service.While waiting for my number patiently for 2 hours with a very visible leg injury +crutches+pain,The nurses are too busy taking in the doctors friends (specifically Bhanak Fernando) When I asked for a refund,they refused to do so.Do not waste your time going here.There are far better Physios who work on time and care about your discomfort!

    Well trained staff. Specially the nursing staff really good and at handling newborns and managing breast feeding issues. warm enenvironment and the other services are also satisfactory. Recommended for delivery and caesarean section .

    Very very bad experience unclean unprofessional and proud reception staff not organized at all we booked a luxury room one week in adxance for an operation and paid an advance of 25.000 but when we arrived the room was given to another patient which was very very disappointing and irritating the rooms were filthy and unhygienic it's a risk to have done an operation here these people are behind money only we were refunded the money after about 2 hour discussion never recommend to anyone the hospital need an administration manager to check on everything

    Took a long time to get the antigen test done as staff was missing. Appearance of the sample point tarnishes the image of the hospital. 2023 Happy to see that now they have done a it nicely and the services have improved a lot.

    This isn't the place for a patient to come peacefully and get the medical attention. It literally is a "malu Kade" There is a floor manager lady who wants to micromanage everything including refusing a couple seeing a doctor for a consultation together (the treatment was meant for both of them) Felt sorry about the lady and the gent who politely explained their situation to the floor manager, but empathy wasn't a word she knew. They had to go to the ground floor and 4th floor several times to get this sorted. Weird way to manage a hospital/patients The first and the last time visiting this place!

    Very bad management. I had incident with channeling of Dr. Ruwanthi Perera. My appointment time was 5.40p.m. Suddenly they called me at 4.20 p.m and told to come before 4.45p.m. Because doctor leave at 4.45p.m. I arrived 4.55p.m. Still lot of patients remaining in front of doctor’s room. Lobby boy just called to everybody to come before 4.45p.m. How wonder such an irresponsible people. Don’t go again.

    I am utterly dissatisfied with the service. I called multiple times to schedule an appointment with a doctor, but there was no response. Consequently, I waited until the day the doctor was available, only to be told that the schedule was full. When I inquired, she asked why I didn't apply through echannelling. I have traditionally secured appointments without using echannelling, so how was I supposed to know?
