Horrible service … the management was so arrogant as if we are asking for charity.. finally they manage to lose my passport as well.. from what we got to know, these guys are money launders .. don’t ever go

They do not even deserve 1 star. Pathetic service. There is no one in their customer support except a bot which is pretty useless. No one picks up calls too. It takes us to write public complaints on social media for getting in contact with an actual human. Even so, it does not make much of a difference. They make false promises every time.

Worst travel agent..gave me a itinerary with one hotel when I reached Malaysia they took me to another horrible hotel after I asked for a refund they told me that travel agent was no longer with them.DO NOT CHOOSE LSR.

Did our Sri Lanka tour with Lanka Sportreizen. We had a great time. Our guide/chauffeur, Sunil, was very knowledgeable and very flexible. Het knew lots of places to go some of the beaten track. He was also easy if we needed an afternoon at the pool. Very safe driver. Easy to book with them directly (we didn't but would next time). Great experience.
