Hotel selection was excellent. Food was good. Tour arrangements were quite good, although scenic train tickets were messy. Guide tried very hard but was somewhat unfocused, especially in understanding the specific needs of our group. Driver and assistant were good. In general, great value for money and an enjoyable vacation.

Our trip was organized very nice. We really enjoyed our one month vacation. I will recommend the Serene vacation for Sri Lanka tour.

Serene Vacation arrange our 10 day stay in Sri Lanka from April 5th to 15th. They really took into account all of our requests. The driver was extremely kind and helpful. I had a great time.

Where do I start , Susan and the team from Serene could not have made our vacation any more enjoyable considering the issues facing Sri Lanka whilst we where there . From pick up at airport on the 5th July to drop off on the 19th everything and everywhere was planned to a tee . Athula our quide ,driver and advisor for the trip was excellent and very resourceful when required , nothing was ever a problem and always had a smile on his face no matter the situation on the day . Flexibility is the key when the economic climate is changing day to day and we always felt safe and comfortable in Athula's capabilities to make the everyday activity's and travel easy and Susan's forward planing if changes needed to get made . If you are planing to visit Sri Lanka in the near or distant future we would recommend Serene Vacations to anybody interested in a well organized holiday by a very helpful , energetic and nothing is to much trouble team . We never visited Sri Lanka and were undecided on how to proceed to organise our holiday. Susan was able to design an itinerary that accommodated my preferences and the accommodation options she picked were well suited for me. The designated driver/ guide was helpful and obliging throughout; he went out of his way to meet some of my last minute requests/ shopping etc. All in all a very pleasant experience!

Susan from Serene Vacations assisted us with planning our 4 week Sri Lanka tour. She was very professional, gave us input and suggestions on what was worth visiting. We traveled with two elderly parents and 3 young children. Susan patiently worked with us on our itinerary and recommended great attractions that the kids would love. We had such and amazing time while visiting. The kids loved seeing the Elephant safari, the beautiful beaches, and turtle sanctuary.
