Do not hesitate to read the review below or you will regret for not reading it later. Daya Holidays is the worst ever agent any person could think while planning for their trip. If you want your trip to be memorable one for the right case then Daya Holidays should not even come in your mind for planning your trip. Daya Holidays will make the trip worse and we will remember it for the worst scenarios they create. With all expectations and happiness in our mind, we 5 ladies started our trip to Sri Lanka with our trip planned by this useless, unhelpful and pathetic Daya Holidays. They ruined our trip by giving us a driver who was not at all aware of the routes. They did not have the basic common sense that for any trip a driver who is well versed with routes should be provided. Damitha Settinayake from Daya Holidays is a person whom should be sent to a place where he will learn how to treat his customers in order to provide not the best at least a better customer service. More sarcastically to be said I was very much surprised with his level of customer service. The way he spoke would irritate any one with no surprise. He is a person who does not have time even to listen to his customer completely. This busy man would hang up on us over the phone saying "Don't act SMART and just Enjoy your Trip" which we were not be able to feel until the last moment of our trip. The root cause for this worst agent to be reached is Travel Triangle, who is yet another useless travel agent. Worst experience on the whole with no further comments.

Chandi from Daya Holidays has really taken good care of my holiday booked for Sri lanka in Aug'19. All the arrangements were made as per my request and she has given good suggestions during my booking. This has made me very easy to plan my holiday for 5 days without much trouble. Vehicle provided was good (clean) and well trained driver. Thanks Chandi/Daya Holidays and will definitely reach out to you during my next travel. ATB

Absolutely stunning. From the representative Madhu to the driver Amilla we have had nothing but a fabulous experience. Everything was on point and they are so eager to help in every situation. He hotels promised were better than we expected. Even the slight glitch in Colombo was instantly resolved. I literally felt at home with the hospitality and the service. Not to mention, the punctuality and the quick response to all our needs on this 7 night holiday. The driver assigned to us was simply fabulous. Spoke fluent English and is very sensitive to the clients likes and dislikes. I was a little unsure about how this would go for the first time but it was way above my expectations. I think Madhu from Daya travels has a gift of understanding what people want without even meeting them. She made sure every plan was executed to perfection. To begin with, I've been to Sri Lanka last week, which was my first International Trip. With zero knowledge about the country, I was in a very confused state at the start, but if I had to confess, it was one of my best trips till date, Excellent hospitality and expertise planning by Ms. Chandi. Also assisted by Ms. Madhumali. Lots and lots of patience, discipline and ownership portrayed be it in helping me with choosing the destinations or regarding any miscellaneous queries. The destinations were constantly customized according to me on my request without any complaint over a period of time and also she suggested among the best ones. Coming to the accommodation, the hotels provided were the best available for a very reasonable price. For a fact that the trip was on behalf of my parents silver jubilee anniversary, the arrangements made in the hotel on the day of anniversary were absolutely promising. Overall a Thank you would be a very small thing for the effort put in by Chandi for everything. Highly Recommended, for a memorable, safe and smooth travel.

We thoroughly enjoyed the trip. All of the hotels were comfortable and with easy access to the city. We were on our anniversary trip and Damitha from Daya travels planned the trip as per expectations. I would like to give a 10 out of 10 for there fantastic service during our visit. Right from the airport pick up , till drop, everything was perfectly planned. Both the hotels that we booked – Elephant Corridor and Taj were superb. wont even think twice before booking with u guys again. Damita was very active and his response was very quick for any queries. Had a lot of fun there and enjoyed pools,beach and water sports activities. Driver cum guide (Sarath) was very good in taking us around and showing all the best places in different cities which we would have otherwise missed. The car provided by the travel agency ( Daya Travels) was good. Overall a very good trip. Would definitely recommend Daya Travels though and travel triangle for arranging this.

They are definitely the most organized and accommodating trip planners I have ever come across. The even accommodated last min requests and gave all the best possible places and stays at such a great budget. I will surely reccomend them. Madu was the tour operator I dealt with and she was more like a friend to discuss the whole thing and make it the most memorable trip. Special mentions to Mr.Amila as well for being the best driver and tour guide.

Daya Holidays helped me so much to organize a girls trip for 10 people around Sri Lanka. They were responsive throughout the planning process and offered helpful suggestions and tips. We got a bus for the 10 of us (lots of extra space) and Daya Holidays provided us with a driver and a helper that took us around the island. They were very professional and helpful for the entire trip and also knew where the best places to stop for lunch were. I can’t express how much I am thankful for Daya Holidays for helping me plan my dream girls trip. Because of their help with all the logistics, my friends were able to enjoy an amazing holiday and fell in love with Sri Lanka. Absolutely recommend to anyone for their trip planning and transportation needs!!!

praveenpuri Excellent holidays Review of Daya Holidays We used Daya holidays for our travel to Sri Lanka towards the end of Jan/ beginning of Feb 2020. We were there for 8 N/ 9 Days. They won our hearts from planning stage itself. Helped us to plan a customised trip keeping our age and tastes in mind. Must admit that their executive/officer ,Ms Chandi, who dealt with our trip was most helpful, efficient and caring. We needed to make a change in itinerary, while on the trip, on the last day. That too on a Sunday. Working from home, she made our changes, gave us alternatives and adjusted the trip. Remarkably efficient lady. The cab they gave us with Driver Pasindu was again 5 star treatment all the way. Most helpful youngster, who won our hearts. All hotels were good, exactly the way we wanted, on the beach and sea facing bed rooms etc. Itinerary was very well planned. Hello, I booked a 3night 4day package to Sri Lanka through daya holidays, Miss Madhumali helped me out through travel triangle. We had a very good driver Mr Aisiri ,who was extremely courteous and did a very good job. The hotels they gave us were good and to mention the hotel in nuwara eliya hotel Galway heights was away from all the action (lake) and did not have a good choice of food too . This was only the glitch . Rest all was good and I recommend daya holidays.

We reached out to Chandi at the very beginning and she was very helpful and courteous . She gave us the lowest price and also pointed us towards the right direction on how to plan our 4 day trip to Srilanka. She assigned the driver name Priyanakara who was awesome and is a very good guide , we got the latest vehicle Honda Vesel which was comfy and comfortable. Long story short, they are the travel agency one should go for if you are booking the trip for Srilanka. I am hoping to book them again on my next trip along with family in coming months. Kudos to their awesome customer handling and generosity.

Srilanka is an excellent destination for your holidays. Our trip with Daya holidays was par excellent. Our trip advisor Ms Madhu and Sudarshan were very cooperative and gave us the best possible quotes. Our driver cum guide Tharaka was very friendly and knowledgeable about the places. I personally highly recommend Daya holidays for any trip in Srilanka for sure....3 cheers....5 star rating.

It was an excellent planning and support provided by the Daya Holidays team. Special mention to the planner & co-ordinator Madumalee who has covered all the places we wanted to visit in the short trip of 4 days. The Vehicle provided for the journey was excellent & the hotel bookings were good with minor hiccups here & there but rectified on notice. The plan was well executed by the Chauffer Sheryl who was along with us for the entire trip right from picking up us from the airport till send off at the mid night after 4 days. Few cons are : We Couldnt see a glimpse of our travel insurance as assured... Water Bottles, Sim cards and other things are not immediately available we have to follow up to receive the same. Overall it was a good experience :-)
