Our homecoming was on the 19th of July 2021 and Jayani made the bouquet. My wife and I had met her in person before the wedding to discuss with her what exactly we wanted specially because we had quiet a big retinue and we needed bouquets in different shades. Wr could have just discussed over the phone but we did not wanna take a risk. Our order was 65 000 LKR. The wedding bouquets were actually alright. My complaint is about our homecoming bouquet. We went to pick up the bouquet the night before and jayani's husband handed it over to us, since it was late night we didn't really check it out on the spot. We opened it up to only find out that the roses were almost wilted and it was not even the bouquet we had initially ordered. We had asked for a red bouquet with different types of flowers and leaves, we had even showed her a reference picture of her own work. My wife called Jayani the morning of the function to make sure it was actually the correct bouquet that was hande over to us. Then she said she had forgotten about the reference picture and she just made it only with red roses since that would fit my budget. I did not care about a budget as long as we go what we needed. Her homecoming bouquets start from 8k anyways and she had quoted me 8k for the bouquet I said I wanted. She charges me 8k and provides me with a cheaper one. What happened next was the best part. We went to Beddagana wetland park for our photoshoot and 10 mins into the shoot the bouquet literally fell apart. I can't even imagine how on earth she had assemled that bouquet and why there is a bunch of stems like that. I have attached a picture so whoever reads this can see. She seems like a really nice person and everything but her customer service is very questionable. I have tried to contact her to tell her what happened. The only reply I got was "I will call u later" This isnt about a refund or anything, but she should atleast reach out to her customers specially when they have a concern. We are really dissapointed in both her work and her customer relations. Her communication is even worse. We had seen her work on the internet and thought she was running a reliable buisness. So whoever wanna work with her just double check.

Ordered fresh flowers for my wife’s bouquet. We paid for fresh flowers but ended up getting wilted flowers on the morning of our wedding. Tried contacting them but was unresponsive. Poor customer care and cannot recommend for any floral services.

It was extremely hard to get a hold of her during the wedding planning and the flowers were mostly artificial while it was discussed that it will be mostly natural flowers with a bit of artificial flowers. The flowers on my wife's bouquet were wilted and discolored.

I cannot thank you enough for everything you did for my engagement amid rainy weather.You perfectly arranged everything on time.Amazing, stunning, beautiful are all adjectives that would apply to your work and I wish I could adequately express how happy we were with how everything turned out!  Your attention to detail was evident in everything you touched. Unreliable Service from Jayani Flora I had a deeply disappointing experience with Jayani Flora during my sister's wedding. Despite ordering in advance, they not only failed to deliver the bouquet on time but also sent it to the wrong person. This lack of attention to detail and poor service on such a significant day makes it hard to recommend them. Consider other florists for your special occasions.

We shared pictures of the fresh flower bouquets we wanted for wedding and homecoming receptions. The bouquets were delivered on time and looked exactly like the pictures!

This is with regarding my homecoming bouquet. She charged RS. 10000 andf provided me a chaeaper one. Worst thing is during the photoshoot the bouquet was literally fell apart. It was so hard for me to keep the bouquet properly for the photos. Coz it was already broken. Her prices may seems like reasonable. But her work is horrible. Once she take the order she will not the answer the phone. Its really hard to contact her

I would never ever recommend this florist to anyone. Worst of all cuz my sisters wedding was on 2nd September and we ordered our bouquets, hair decors and boutonniere from them. Bouquets were the worst, brides bouquet was so small from what we ordered and the flowers were wilted and some were rotten. Not neat at all and the boutonnieres werent in the colors we wanted and the hair pins were rubbish. We paid a handsome amount since bouquets are a priority and we are highly dissapointed. Dont ever buy from them.

Jayani Flora we have no words to explain how grateful we are for the decorations you did for our wedding. It was truly beyond our expectations and clearly you have poured your heart and mind to it to come up with those absolutely beautiful designs. The staircase looked magical and everyone wanted to take pictures there. The head table looked so grand. You have done the additional green backdrop and it made everything so elegant. The settee back was really really charming. Table decos were unique in each table and amma loved the hydrangeas. I have never seen a oil lamp like that. Unique and special. Akki you have done the entrance so elegantly and delivered the guest list within hours. Everyone asked who was the florist. We will recommend you to anyone 1000 times.
