Can't review the food because I've been stuck in drive thru for 30 minutes so far with only 2 cars infront. Can't wait to get to work on Monday and tell the boys how I spent my weekend. Update!!! After 45 minutes I finally got my food! Nothing beats a brekkie burrito with a hash brown so overcooked it sounded like pork crackling and tasted like sandpaper. P.s please change the signs of "drive thru" to "medium to long term parking" P.p.s - You are the reason Karen's exist in this world.

Absolutely appalling. $47 order and everything is wrong. Ordered through the app at home and my brother in law picked it up on his way home. They mucked him around in the drive through, seemed to be some confusion about the order and there was no line but the staff were flustered. Ordered and paid for queso which wasn’t in the bag. I ordered a mini cali burrito with ground beef and it came with chicken and missing the extras. My brother in law ordered 2 spicy chicken cali burritos both of which were mild. Also asked for plenty of roasted jalapeño salsa and the staff only put 1 small tub in the bag. Disappointed is an understatement to spend $47 on food and nothing in the order was correct. This is not the first time I have had things incorrect with my order from Morayfield GYG but other times it has been small things that I could let slip because it was busy however this is not acceptable.

Spent $35 on 2 meals and said about 3 times do not put any of the tomato salsa in one of the burritos and they still did (my partners mildy allergic to one of the ingredients in it) ruining the entire burrito. I also requested no beans on my burrito and they put beans it… $35 for two inedible burritos.

Toilet was unusable and putrid, then they screwed up our order twice and overcharged for the meal. Charged for a large when I got a mini burrito meal. I checked the receipt when I got home unfortunately. So couldn't be reimbursed. They did make up our meals straight away when I went back the second time, but I was already really annoyed by then. The staff was lovely, but they need to get their act together.

Nachos with chicken was in the bag when received at drive-through. It was cold, wet, burnt and the worst ever. Called, hold, no answer - waste of time and money. Wife ended up cooking a meal.

They only had a no sugar version of the drink I paid for (peach ice tea) The no sugar version gives me heart burn so I asked to change for something different but was then charged the difference $.50 for a smaller soft drink. Maybe it’s just me but that’s poor customer service, restaurant was clean and the food was good. My server wasn’t great but all in all not a terrible experience. PLASTIC KNIVES & FORK’s ???

We bought salad + meat and kids meal for $56. Long story short quantity of the food was very low and meat in salad was very little. Never going back... not recommended

I absolutely love GYG food. Unfortunately the service at this store is incredibly poor. Every visit ends with some disappointment. Expect a 10 to 15 minute wait past the time the app says your order will be ready. Or expect your order to be missing items. Both have happened several times. Today I left a message on their answering machine to call me back regarding missing items from drive through and of course no return call. Pictured takeaway mini enchilada.

Not sure what's going on, but went today to grab lunch, there's hardly any fries in my queso fries or meat in the taco. Usually much better then this, girls were lovely in drive thru tho. Bit disappointing

Today we have a public holiday called Ekka and after a great park day with the kids and wife we went to the morayfield Guzman y Gomez and had a few birito bowls and drinks chips 🍟 and it was awesome tasted fresh and spicy and even had fries 🍟 for the kids and smaller portion birito bowls for the kids. The service was excellent listened to our order and got everything right even with the very loud music 🎶 in the background Thank you to our server absoloute legend. We will be back for sure.

I did have a five star rating for food but tonight was extremely disappointing. Normally I do not have an issue with food or service and I come here frequently. Serving tonight with bowl was sloppy only half full and next to no chicken or rice and only 13 pieces of tomato. Shocking. First time I have had bad sloppy bowl given. Also no fork given. Staff I was served by looked to be new but disappointing

Had a breakfast burrito this morning and parts of it were burnt. I wonder about GyG and their training as they do good sometimes, and really bad other times. I read another review which said 'hit or miss' which sums them up perfectly.

The food I ordered was not made to the standard I have come to expect from GYG. Food items that I paid extra to get added to my bowl were not there. 23 minutes from paying for my order to it to come out to me... Bit long to wait... Flavours were as good as expected. Fresh food and chips were hot and delicious...

My wife ordered two mince crunchy tacos and we picked it up - there was no mince in it at all. I've attached photos, terrible!

3x on different occasions drive thru and they always forget to put my order, so I have to drive back again and pick up the missing order. Very inconvenient driving back all they do Is say sorry but happens more than twice!!!

I ordered nachos with pulled beef. There was limited beef and no sauce or sour cream. It looks disgusting and there was bones in it

Hit and miss, food portions are never the same. Sometimes it's good other times barely any fillings. Today I got mini bowl and only got 4 corn chips. Another time they forgot my fries so I had to drive all the way back

Placed a pickup order through the app, first time visiting this store. Gyg is a favourite of mine but previously i had to travel a fair way to visit one so i was excited to have a store so local to me now. My order of nachos was still being prepared when I got there yet somehow after a 1km drive home the nachos were stone cold, even in the centre. 😳 the slow cooked beef also had very little flavour compared to other stores and the guacamole had whole half of an Avocado in it that wasn't ripe either. The staff were friendly though. This is the first time I've gotten gyg and been disappointed and definitely wouldn't return to this store again.

5 starts based purely on the employee on tonight. The manager (I assume manager) on this evening around 9pm (15/12/22) provided excellent customer service going above and beyond. My order got lost and this manager apologised, upgraded my order and handed me vouchers to use in the future. I wish I got the name of this wholesome, genuine and kind human being. Thank you for making my night ☺️ You deserve all the good this world has to offer.

Best Quesadilla I've tasted. (^_^) My family and friends enjoyed their nachos and enchilada. Very yummy.
