Takes a little while to find tucked in the heart of an industrial estate, but we'll worth the effort, and having found it once then it's easy for your return visits and I'm sure you will. Parking is easy and near to the door. The stock is vast.... VAST, with old favourites and bang up to date products. If you can't find it then ask, if it's not in view then it may be in another area. The Staff, no TEAM, Management to Shop Floor were so welcoming friendly and happy to discuss your requirements sharing the benefit of their expertise. If they didn't have it they were happy to get it. I enjoyed my first visit so much. Thanks to you all, paticularly Olli, Lucinda abd Mark, my personal shoppers. It's a little off my beaten track but I certainly look forward to becoming a regular customer. Lots of pics as pics will show range and cleanliness which will speak for itself and better than my words!

Good place but can be very long wait times usually due to customers not knowing what they want & staff not knowing their stock. Can be long waits outside too if you want anything from out there as hardly anyone around. Also be aware that you very rarely pay price stated on label on shelves as they never change them & can make up the price when you pay.

Great stock. Good choice if you're not in a hurry. But twice now the staff have said, "oh, no we don't sell that" about products someone has told me they sell, and we eventually find on the shelf if we continue looking. They're friendly enough. They just don't know their stock.

Straight forward visit to buy shotgun cartridges. Friendly, helpful staff, even loaded my car. Plenty of parking. No problems

Good range of products, not very clear on the ordering process. No info of what they stocked outside inside the store but when you went to look in the warehouse section you're told you're not meant to be there without having paid for the item you want. The bloke we spoke to was very sound, had a look for us and did find the feed we wanted was in stock. Sent us back inside to pay, then the person serving on till basically told off for not not knowing the product code. Luckily another till assistant knew it off the top of her head. Felt very awkward but we got the feed we needed and at a cheaper price than available at other stores.

On my last visit staff more concerned about putting the kettle on than serving a shop full of customers, and was left to be served by another member of staff. This I thought was a lack of respect for us as good loyal customer.

Took one week to get a refund over a faulty air rifle having ended up having to contact one of there directors and trading standards due to avoiding taking responsibility. Poor communications on there part. Offered a measly £20 off a new gun. Told them to forget it and went to another local gun. Experienced the worst after sales in my 32 years of shooting felt very let down....won't bother using any wynstay branchs again

Such a friendly team, even when rushed off their feet they always remain cheerful, professional and ever helpful. Keep up the good work 👍🏾
