Wanted a particular child's bike he had set his heart on. Was out of stock online but staff at Oswestry found one that was available. Contacted to say was ready for collection a day earlier than promised. Very happy with purchase and grandson got the bike he wanted. Excellent service.

Why can't everything be as seamless as this? I phoned the call centre this morning to find out where there was stock of a bike I wanted, which I then purchased on the store's website. When I arrived to pick it up, not only was it ready and waiting with all the other items I'd ordered, but it was already built (which I hadn't expected) because the call centre had actually told them that I would be coming in to buy it. That in itself goes above and beyond! And when I arrived at the store, the staff, especially the bike technician, couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Assuming there won't be a problem with the bike, I have to give five stars for Halfords customer service and communication.

Fantastic experience all levels checked, headlight bulbs replaced. Cost of bulbs only with £5 discount as well. Couldn't ask for more.
