They never answer the phone, I've been trying for two weeks. It's already hard enough to reach out and get help for mental health, no one needs you guys being impossible to get ahold of on top of that. After this experience, and after reading the overwhelmingly negative reviews, I'm going back to my doctor to get a referral for another place far from this one.

Greeter in the front, Natalie Sanchez is very disrespectful and incompetent at her job. It’s very sad to see people hate their job like this person. After arriving at the scheduled time, she said she couldn’t take us in because we were new patients and that they needed us to arrive 30mins early. This was never explained when we made the appointment, second we were not new patients. We been going there for years. Instead of fixing the issue she said we were considered walk-ins at that point with the worst attitude. This greeter needs to be trained in her job and social skills. For the time being Natalie shouldn’t be working with people at the minimum.

the most incompetent staff and unorganized medical facility I've ever seen in my life. I'm not exaggerating this has got to be the worst health center I've ever been to or even heard of. I've been with them since 2020 and things started off okay, all things considered. but more recently I've had to deal with unacceptable issues like losing my chart (how does this even happen), appointments getting cancelled with no notice they literally told me when I got there that it was canceled, saying I missed appointments but I never got any notice or reminder of an appointment, waiting weeks for an appointment and when it gets closer they reschedule it for another 2-3 weeks out, even their urgent appointments take a few days. they schedule your appointment for a certain time, and give you a 10 min grace period or it'll be canceled yet they take 30 mins to even call your name to be seen. when you have an issue and try to call, they leave you on hold for a long time and transfer you to several different people because everyone keeps saying "I don't know that's not my department" and so on so forth. it's clear that they need immediate training in that office because nobody knows what they're doing and they're extremely sloppy with their work. shame bcus they actually have a lot of potential with their different providers and different kinds of care but it's just messy.

New doctor every time like a revolving door. Prescribed this medication: "Ozempic Lawsuit – Gallbladder Compensation, Settlement & Legal Help The Ozempic clinical trials resulted in 90% of patients reporting cholelithiasis coded as a serious event requiring cholecystectomy (gallbladder removal)". Wow! This place is hanging by a thread!

Very nice and gentle, Dr. Uy and David both made sure i was okay at all times, soft hands i felt no pain while getting my filling. Even during the shot i didn’t feel pain. Both were very nice and caring ☺️

I wish I could give zero stars. This place sucks waited 20 min on hold to get a refill I need and they won't give it to me. They go through doctors like crazy and I never see the same doctor twice hate this place will be finding a new office.

This clinic is very unprofessional. The staff will answer the phone, not say a word, and then hang up. The staff laughs at me, and it is disrespectful and shouldn't happen, but this staff lacks professionalism. The provider that I'm assigned to has stated more than once, "you can always find a clinic that is closer to your home", when I thought that it was my prerogative where I choose receive healthcare for myself and my children. She has made it very clear that she doesn't want to be my provider. I have been in pain for weeks, trying to get medication for my arm. I received a prescription for a medication that is on backorder, and a prescription for a medication that does not work. I believe that I am being treated like a drug seeking patient, when I have completed the lab work requested from the doctor, and she can clearly see that there's nothing in my system. I am a mother of 3. I'm a single mother, and my family relies on me for their survival. I decided to write this review because I recently requested a referral for a breast reduction, because my breast have grown with each child, due to breastfeeding. My referral was processed. However, it was not processed for a reduction, my referral was sent to a wound care specialist, that doesn't even accept my insurance. I can't imagine why the staff at this clinic would choose to treat me like this. I am a new patient to this clinic, but I do have my suspicions as to why I am being treated this way, and I am sure that I'm not the only patient that has had issues with this staff. 🙏🏾

The worst!!!... they say they will charge a price and they change more!!!. I asked for lab results and didn't give them to me. But they did pay $8 to mail a document saying I refused treatment....but not lab results in it. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!. they don't care about you...just to charge you every time !!!

My experience here was great. The wait time was decent and the nurses attended me with kindness. As well for the the girls working in the front. The place is nice and clean. When I called to make an appointment they gave me a time I could work with and I even called to reschedule for a same day appointment and I was happy that they were able to see me the same day!

They’re very kind and make your appointments comfortable. Jennifer and Dr. H in the dental department are so kind and super informative. They also tell me step by step what exactly they’re going to do. I definitely recommend!

This is my first time being with Moreno Valley Family Health Center. My experience so far has been amazing. The orthodontist I was very thankful to be taken care of by Dr. Yu her assistants Jennifer and David were very nice and helpful as well. They always made sure I was okay. Alyssa the secretary was always welcoming and was helpful too. I just want to say thank you to Dr Yu and your assistants Jennifer and David for being very nice, helpful and always making sure I was okay. I use to hate going to the dentist but ever since I started coming to this dentist it changed my mind on coming. Thank you again I look forward to coming here again.

The doctors are friendly and have listened to my concerns. I’ve been referred to in house or out patient services quickly.

Great service, Evelyn and Rose in women's health always do a wonderful job in taking care of your questions or concerns. Yannet makes you feel very welcomed while checking in. The behavioral health department is also so great and welcoming.

I can’t say enough about this family health center. Every aspect about makes me happy I get seen here for all my needs. Not only is it super clean the girls in the front are always sweet and welcoming and the doctors and nurses are by far the best. I have now made appointments for my family members and even recommended friends. This will always be my place to go I feel safe here and comfortable. Definitely better than most of the places I’ve been throughout my years. Just to inform they have OBGYN, Family care including pediatrics, dental and vision. By the way best optometrist my eyes 👀 are seeing clearly now lol. Also Dr.Evelyn for the woman ladies she is the best🥰

My whole family are going there for everything, pediatric, dental, women's health. All the nurses and doctors are very nice and professional, attending and accommodating. I feel very safe in their hands

You can’t get Leonard the Psychiatrist to keep an appointment to save your life, out of the 5 appointments I have had recently he has cancelled 3 last minute and the office management is just as bad! i have left MULTIPLE messages asking for one of them to call me and they just absolutely refuse to call me back, there is no excuse for this that is good enough, none!!

I don’t care what anyone says. I love this Health Center. I go here for my primary check ups, obgyn and therapy!!! They literally have everything and the providers are the nicest. Shout out to my Provider, Dr. Loharuka!!! She’s the best. I also love how detail oriented are the MAs and other staff.♥️

I take care of my pregnancy and my son, they have always been very kind to me 😊
