Still a good time. I enjoyed myself and the kids food is good as well alot of flat-screen tvs. I always come to shakeys those MOJOs are the best. Oh and bunch a lunch there's alot of good things to say about this place. The manager works hard and is very nice keep up the good work.

We were having a pretty bad time here with our food taking so long, while others that came after us had already received their order. On top of that the food came to us burnt and poorly prepared. I politely spoke to the manager with my concerns. She immediately made it right and took great care of us. Everyone makes mistakes but it says a lot that Sandra (manager) and Alex went out of their way to turn our bad experience around. Knowing that there are people like this at this Shakeys makes me eager to return. Thank you.

Staying at the hotel next door, decided to walk over and get some dinner. This is a big place, several eating areas, play area with games for kids. I ordered a small Shakey’s special pizza and a beer. They were pretty busy, 15 minutes later I was served. Pizza was delicious, loved it, couldn’t eat it all, took the rest with me. No complaints, employees I came in contact with were very friendly, helpful and nice.

It was really great food but they need to replace the thing that they place the pizza when they bring out to you. Each time you would try to pick up a pizza the pan would slip off and drop all the pizza on the dirty table. It also happen to the customers that were behind us. The need to get something much better than that that slips off easily.

My daughter earned a free child size personal Pizza from Shakey's for being good at school. We thought that was awesome so we decided to go try Shakey's out. the free pizza is nice unless you want to eat too. It costs $14 for one buffet with a drink. the only way this is a good deal is if you think having only two options for pizza and a very disturbingly disgusting salad bar is good. The only options I saw for half an hour we're a sausage pizza and an odd tomato and sausage. We thought a distraction from the food would be a good idea so we wanted to play a few games. 30% we're out of order and the tickets they give you are worthless. I didn't spend very much, eight bucks. But I ended up able to get one of those $0.25 boxes of nerds. And a spider ring. We had to wait a long time for the ticket counter girl to even address us. She was nowhere to be found. lastly, I don't know how many employees actually work here but at least six of them were standing around in one of these pictures. This is while I was waiting to be helped. And the coupon I brought for my daughter stated that she gets a free small pizza and she can either pick one topping or get six tokens. The lady at the counter argued with me and said she either gets a pizza or six tokens. Why on Earth would anyone ever come in to get six tokens? So she's either lying to me or misinterpreting the coupon, but either way here the customer is not right, the customer is not satisfied, the customer does not think the food is good, and the customer will not come back.

I've taken my family here multiple visits now and my kiddos always have a great time. They're up to date on games for them to play, they work and have a wonderful time. We always gets pizza and mojos and they're freshly made every time. The staff is very friendly they are always willing to help, clean and are always attentive. The place is well kept, clean, and a fun experience overall. Enjoy!

Too expensive, too small area. I have had many parties here, baby showers, Birthday and fun night with family and friends. It's just not enough room to move around comfortably. The food is great. I have ate in and do take out too.

55 and over you get a discount. The staff was very friendly. There weren't a lot of people when we were there. I had pepperoni, sausage, green peppers and onions. The wife got the veggie.

Pizza is good but mojos aren't the same. Prefer old recipe better. Maybe will consider going. But definetly if mojos come back too the way they used to be

Great place for kids because it has an arcade, great prices on food and it's not expensive

I have been going to this Shakey's for 37 years. My family has celebrated grade promotions, birthdays, team parties, you name it. I recently took my sons here to celebrate their promotion to 1st grade and the service great and the food was delicious as always. I've known of shakeys forever but never actually been there and I'm stoked that I finally decided to check it out. Cool place the pizza is bomb I recommend upgrading to the pan crust. very decent game selection and none of them were out of order which I never see at a pizza place. we had a great experience and look forward to going.

The food was better this time for a birthday party for my great grand son 6 yrs old. A few months ago we were invited there for dinner and the mojos potatoes over cooked to hard and the pizza 🍕 was burned 🔥 I was disappointed that time. But today was a good day. Thank you Shakeys pizza

This location has been a staple in our city for many years. I remember attending many team parties with my kids here. Their bunch-of-lunch offers a variety of pizza options, salad bar, chicken, mojos, and dessert for a very reasonable price.

Took my bestie here. Haven't been here since being a kid. Great nostalgia. The food was alittle on the pricey side but nowadays what food place isn't for inflation costs. The food was hot and fresh. The workers were on it with the buffet making sure it wasnt sparse or picked over as some other buffets make you feel. For the quality and taste that stands the test of time...you will get your money's worth here. Great job Shakeys...well will be back

Took the kids here for a family day. Loved it the game room had tons of games and great prizes for the little ones. Thank you for a great experience. Will definitely be back again.

Love coming in here with my family, the food is amazing and the staff is friendly. Whenever we have issues, the management always goes above and beyond to help us solve it. The cost is on the higher side, but our food always tastes great! P.S. This place has a Pokemon GO Gym. You can collect items while you eat!!

Great place for 12 and under to enjoy themselves and they also have ice cream bars for sale in cookies and cream, strawberry, bubble gum, coconut,and mango chili flavor. They also have expanded their arcade in recent years if you haven't been there in a while. The chicken tasted burnt but I did go after 6pm so that was more than likely cooked in the same grease from opening up or could be the day prior😳🤫. The pizza was decent and the mojo's didn't have much 🥔 so they should call them chips nowadays 🤣🥺.

Took my son here to enjoy some mom and son time and my son was very polite asking what’s wrong with the game room and the lady in front with glasses on who took our order completely ignored my son, so then I spoke up asking and she said ya…that was it… honestly disappointing service

Brought my nephews here for some papas mojos and some games, great food as always (recommend coming for their buffet time). The boys played and hit some jackpots and were not able to collect all their tickets, given the staff was not able or willing to fix the machine. Other than that great atmosphere and always a fun time.

Chicken is excellent - moist and flavorful. However, if you want to upgrade the 2-piece chicken from dark meat (thigh & drumstick) to white meat (breast & wing), they charge $6 - $3 for each piece!! Extremely unreasonable! Mojos are as great as ever. Pizza is not very good. The sauce is way too sweet. Beer was good and cold. I was shocked to see them pouring all the leftover pizzas, garlic bread, etc, from the bunch-a-lunch directly into trash containers rather than donating it. Workers could be a little more attentive to the register area while they're in the back or standing around talking.

It's been years since I dined at Shakey's because the quality of the food had changed. Well, we celebrated a birthday here tonight. All of the food was the best it has ever been. The Mojo potatoes and fried chicken was not too greasy, not dried out and not over drenched in salt. The pizza was the best, too. We had the best food experience tonight. I most definitely will be going back.

Food great, Atmosphere great, Service great! Family oriented, play area for kids to earn tickets for prizes, parents can enjoy watching sports in anyone of their rooms. Tonight while at Shakey's we even got to enjoy viewing a children's birthday party. All great but trying to find a spot to park was a pain. Not much parking spaces available on either sides of the restaurant. So location wasn't great at all. Plus their Restrooms were Nasty and very tight not well kept at all. Oh yeah plus their not very big about cleanliness in their dining areas once they've been wiped down.

Always a pleasure to be there whether we dine in or meet for booster club meeting it is always a great place to meet. Food is fantastic and people are super nice and servers are very on top of things.

This place doesn’t deserve even one star in my opinion… They need more customer service training… I waited too long for anyone to even ask me “may I help you” while people look at you and look away… and continue to do nothing but stand around and talk… then finally someone waited on me, come to find out my order is WRONG… now I have to wait even longer… So I asked for a refund and left!

If you like pizza toppings on cardboard this is the place for you. Food here is not the best and the atmosphere isn't much better. Maybe I was just there for the weekly thug meeting. Safe to say that we'll never be back. Will say the staff is very friendly.
