I hate to say it but this place sucks, I've been looking forward to bring my girls here, well we did yesterday and was very disappointed. Place is in bad shape, smells bad, floors/carpet dirty. Ceiling falling (accident waiting to happen) bathroom was nasty. All the trampolines with trash on them the list goes on and on. I should've left and ask for my money back. Very very disappointing.

The kids had fun, but just be careful. The ceiling is falling apart in multiple places. They should discount the entrance fee till they fix all of these issues or they should close down till the make it safer for kids. We were charged $27.99 for each kid for 3 hours…$54 not well spent. We didn’t notice till we were already in, paid, n our kids were jumping. Just wish this place was a bit more safer. Luckily the ceiling didn’t fall on any kids while we were there. The staff was nice.

This place was not clean whatsoever. They should make you sign a waiver that they are not responsible for the safety in hygiene and cleanliness because it was bad! The restrooms are plain out disgusting and seemed to rarely be cleaned or checked up on! The 2 hours that we were there the restrooms were never checked. The floors were completely covered in water puddles. No paper towels to dry your hands. Smelled like urine so bad. Where the kids take there shoes off had water puddles. The ceiling was falling apart and could potentially fall and hurt a kid! I think a place like that needs to take more initiative to make it cleanliness a priority. It just speaks so much on the equipment if it is properly being cleaned to avoid any harmful bacteria. Get Air please do better.

Jay (manager) and I forgot another girl (Mariana/Montana????) were amazing. I was in the area hours earlier and they allowed me to drop off my cakes early. They were super friendly and prior to booking, Jay answered all my questions and gave me information on how to get the best out of the party time and $$$ wise.

Great family fun, close to home! Good quality customer service. Cleanliness was very pleasant. Spacious and open (Covid-friendly). Different areas for tiny toddlers, and older kids + adults. Will be back again!

Overall great experience. We booked a Birthday party that included pizza, soda, and some jumpers. Any added jumpers above your package are at discount if you pay as part of your event after rather than make them pay on their own. We were given a bigger room with a great view of the jump area. Parents can sign waiver ahead on their phones by sending them the link or fill out on site on provided computers. Event packages include socks. The whole process went smooth and easy. I would do that again and recommend to others. I do suggest they add more activities, maybe some that are supervised by employees. No one used what looked like a dodgeball area because there wasn't anyone coordinating and leading a game. A lot of random jumping and kids congregating in the foam pit and rock wall as the only self-run activity.

This place needs some work. Ceiling insulation is peeling off in large strips. Carpet was very dirty as well as the trampolines. Staff was friendly and music was good. Just needs a good cleaning, including the restrooms.

Omg, it's fun for the kids but it's also an exercise day for us parents. It was perfect for us. I'd give this place 5 ⭐ stars. Alot of fun and a alot exercise for the both of us. Thank you Get air..awesome job. Coming back again. Sincerely, LisaMarie Eubanks

Okay, it is hard to rate this place. My daughter and her friends had a lot of fun, but at the same time there wasn't any food available and we weren't allowed to bring in our own, including water. The bathroom was a bit dirtier than I am comfortable with as well. However, the staff was also very kind and seemed like they enjoyed their jobs, which isn't the case in most places like this. I can't rate this place a 5 but I can't give it a terrible rating either. Would I come back? Yes, but I would make sure that my daughter and friends are before coming or have a meal plan for afterwards.

Been to places like this before and Get Air wasn't a let down. Plenty of space and sections to explore. Paid about $33 per kid for 2 hours and got my $'s worth. Wore the kids out, they had plenty of space and time to get all their energy out. Felt like the place was safe for the jumping. Highly recommended and will be visiting again!

We are happy to have a jump park open again in Moreno Valley. Came into Get Air and like the clean updated environment. Morgan helped us get all set up and made us feel welcome. Great service!

Me (29M) and my gf (23F) had a blast here today. I almost gave 4 stars because I wasn’t sure if there was a water fountain but there are 2 in the front. This place has the most competitive hours and the employees were all very nice and social.

Super clean, great for kids and adults on the spectrum( autism, Down syndrome, ADHD, etc.) . It’s also very affordable!The manager Mark Prado super awesome and kind. He was super calm with me and my kid with Autism. I fully recommend bring your special needs kids here to burn off energy while their parents can relax in the electric massage chairs.

Ever since the new owners bought the place, it sucks. They took away the seating, TV is always off. The roof is falling apart, can't hear the music if any. Less activities in general. However, they did add a rock wall which is nice but that's about it. I paid $24.34 for one hour/one person with socks. I miss how is used to be.

Great place for kids. Everything seems built well and safe. The foam pits have blocks of foam with fabric over them which is much more comfortable and cleaner than normal foam. Decent price, workers are friendly, place is clean. Will come again. Thanks!

We came for a friend's birthday party and our kids had the greatest experience. Just had our son's tenth birthday party, and they even offered a bonus 5. Just amazing staff and location and the rooms are very nice sized and make handling a party easy enough for a dad!

Great customer service. Everyone was so fabulous at the service desk I deal with Jada and she was so Polite and knew hwe job very well. Great customer skills that's what you need when it comes to business. She was on the floor making sure everyone was safe. Will definitely be back again and bring all the grand babies. Took my 2 boys yesterday and they had a blast! My youngest is autistic and the staff was friendly. They even let us know about an event on 1st Saturday of every month they open the floor catering to special needs individuals by lowering music and allowing a calmer atmosphere. When we went, it had few people, which was perfect for us. Boys enjoyed their time. We're going again soon!

We have been too many trampoline parks or indoor playgrounds but here is the worst so far. Ceilings are falling down, which is very scary, and grounds, restrooms are very dirty

I had a wonderful time during the week with my kids at this place. It was so spacious and surprisingly not crowded at all. While it could definitely use some revitalization and cleaning, it didn't hinder us from having a great time overall. I would definitely consider coming back again in the future!

This place blew me away! My sis was super stressed planning my nephews last minute bday party and everything was booked! Thanks to Get Air management and staff, she was able to throw him his party still. They made last minute accommodations and everything went so smooth at the end of the day and everyone had an amazing time!

If I could give this place a negative star I would. I would never come here again .I spent $130 for 4 people for 2 hours. There are no wrist band to keep track of the time so it just gets more busy by the hour because nobody gets kicked off. There is no employees inside the jump area so for the time i was there (i didnt stay my full 2 hours) my kids didn't even get to ride on the swing because there is always a kid swinging for 15 mins and when a kid gets off another one jumps on and cuts the line, same with the flip platform, then they all sit in the foam pit not allowing any other kids to get a turn to jump. On top of that The place is falling apart there is exposed plywood and the ceiling is falling down mats falling off the trampolins exposing the springs. When i asked for a refund just for me and my wifes ticket ($68) because there was no way with that many people and kids there we where gonna be able to jump with our kids and they told us no! Then what just made us and many more run for the door was about 6 teenager kids started to jump 1 kid and no employees came like it was normal and when we confronted them at the front desk about it they just brushed it off. Do not waste your money here worst $130 iv ever spent for a little over a hour.. 10/10 would never recommend!
