Nice and delicious carne asada burrito….

A solid 8 rating overall for this place but a good an for convenience. Open 24 hours. Nearby my home in Moreno Valley. Relatively safe area near a police station. Food was good enough for 1 am. Surely beats cooking my own meal.

My family have come to this place for a while, never had any problems at all in until today. We ordered a rather large meal through drive thru, received what we assumed to be our entire order, but when we got home we noticed 3 meals were missing. My sister & I drove all the way back to tell them & just told them about the mistake. Instead of simply saying "ok we're sorry", a man who identified himself as "Omar" laughed in our faces saying "really?" like we were lying. Well my sister doesn't take anything lightly & preceded to ask him why he'd laugh when we just wanted our food. We never accused anyone, just said we didn't receive our food. I'm a non-confrontational person & it irritated me to see that I'm essentially being mocked because I wanted what I paid for. I feel like this Omar person lied about his name and continued to laugh about the situation, thinking it was a joke. The food may be good, but to deal with someone who doesn't take anything seriously & accuse us of lying when I live clear across town, it's disrespectful.

I swear this place gets worse everytime I return. Not mention the ridiculous wait. Just for my food to not even be cooked fully. Rice and beans was not cooked fully. My cheese enchiladas weren’t even cook fully. They half cook everything because they’re in a rush. Also when they give you your food they rush you as if you didn’t wait for almost a hour in line. Ima find a new spot this place sucks

Will not come here again, service used to be acceptable. Cashier won't help another customer until food is handed over to previous customer now? Apparently they can only handle one arder at a time? Will literally look at you waiting to order and not ask if they can help you.

Without a doubt the best Albertaco's I've been to. The meat here is well prepared and flavorful. Usually either get carne asada fries/nachos or the California burrito. The beef tacos are also really good. The enchiladas not so much as it tastes like canned food. Other than that, pretty bomb.

The food is great, don't get me wrong! Just remember and realize that you know EXACTLY what you want. Like for tacos, soft or hard shell? Because once you're about to pay, the food is already made by the time you order from the drive thru. They can't change from a hard shell to soft right then and there. Keep that in mind!

This is one of many Albertaco’s I been into and the food was good it did take longer than usual since it was not as busy as other Albertaco’s I’d been to. I usually order shrimp burrito and always been good food and rolled taquitos with guacamole, my order was taken wrong but it was a manager took care of it right away. This place needs some remodeling and safety precautions since a couple of table tops were missing and not safe for customers. It has a lot of nice services like drive through, 24 hr service and delivers with doordash and has a nice patio also follows cdc guidelines I agree that Managment and amployees might need some customer service training. I would go back again and recommend it as well. Didn’t get a five star this time but will see next time I’ll go back if it gets better or stays the same.

Some great food for a tiny place. We love the rolled taco's, great rice and beans. This place has far better tasting/quality Mexican food than that of any other place in town.. surprisingly!! Try the California burrito. Definitely our favorite spot for Mexican grub.

Great staff and great Mexican food. Yo if you blaze get the Nachos so yummy. You won't be disappointed. You'll only be mad when you done eating. Cause it's that good. Check it. Plus it's 24 hours so, on that late night. Dis the place for a meal.

Been eating here on and off for 4-5 years. First time I’ve found a bone inside my carne asada fries. Can’t beat their prices though so no use complaining

I would say it was ok. I was bummed the salsa came in packets, which means not fresh. The food was ok. It needed a little more flavor. The fish tacos were not good. Lots of bread and lacking flavor.

We are from Utah and have a ton of places that sell burritos etc. Albertacos has by far the best California burritos we have ever had. We will definitely come back and get the food again. Thank you!

Everything on the menu is good. Been coming here for years and it never disappoints. The portions are big. Even the half carne asada fries can still be split and share with another.

Prices are reasonable. The staff is quick and the food is great. The #9 chicken tacos are really good for a quick taco fix before going back to work.

I ordered carne asada nachos for my roommate and a bean and cheese burrito for myself. They were both very good. The nachos had fresh guacamole and real cheese. I recommend this restaurant to everyone who loves Mexican food.

Very very very basic, got a chicken quesadilla with red and green sauce and a horchatta. A little greasy friendly staff but is pretty much cafeteria food.

The food is delicious and the sizes of the food are big. I love it and the people there are nice. Some of the tables don't have tops on it but the food was good.

My favorite carne asada fries - got them with pollo last time, and was happily surprised on the quality.

Open 24 hours.. Hands down .. Best bean and cheese burrito in town! The carne asada nachos are delicious also!

Love there food. Cheese enchiladas with rice and beans are my favorite with a side of tortilla chips. Don't forget the red salsa.

OMG!!! Been here one time and this place is instantly in my top 5 Mexican fast food places. If I had a craving I would most likely go out of my way and head to MoVal to grab a bite from Albertacos. Our order consisted of the sausage breakfast burrito, carne asada fries, and the fish tacos and all of it was outstanding.

4 green sauce per order max, no matter order size. and if you want extra it's $1 for 4 green sauce. they tried to short me again even after charging me extra for the sauce.. food is great here but service is terrible.
