Great atmosphere, many good places to eat in walking distance. Rooms are up to date and modern, fireplace outside with a pool, great place to relax.

We stayed here for a few days in September 2021. The room was okay in size (we had two queen beds). While it did have a coffee maker and small fridge there was no microwave which would have been nice. Staff were nice and attentive and the hotel was very quiet and clean. The one thing that was not great was having a room on the main floor near the entrance to the main hall way as we constantly heard people talking and walking by. Also the cafe was not open in the building at this time. However the gym was a really nice size for a hotel and very clean.

The room (Queen) was fine overall, everything worked and it was cleaner than most of the Residence Inns in the bay area. The fridge was super tiny for the size of the room as was the stove cooktop as you can see in my photos. I used the miniature dish soap they give you for scale and the soap is larger than the burner and it barely fits under the shelf in the freezer. The microwave is full size (1800W) and they give you an ample amount of dishes including pots and pans with lids, Pyrex bowls with lids, and there is a dishwasher, single serve coffee maker, and a toaster. The breakfast is pretty slim in terms of options but there are a ton of restaurants within walking distance. They have a waffle maker, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, English muffins, mini bagels, juice, and have some type of egg dish and some type of meat (bacon/sausage) option that changes each day. The hotel is in the same parking lot as a Denny's and In-and-out and McDonald's, Panda Express, Five Guys, Subway, Walmart, and Wingstop are just across the street.

1 night stay while shifting from a pet sit near Seattle to a pet sit near San Jose. Older hotel-everything is okay but my room had a portable AC vented through flexible ducts. Stayed in 3 different Marriott branded places on this trip - this was the least appealing breakfast. And why does a suburban hotel with limited access to public transportation charge $12/night for parking. The notice is upfront and available on the www site, but it is crazy.

BEWARE! You may reserve a room, only to be told they do not have one available when you show up. I checked in during the morning of my stay on my Marriott Bonvoy App because I knew I would show up late that night, after attending a party. I arrived at 11:30 pm and was told they emailed me at 10:30 pm to tell me they had relocated me 15 miles away in San Jose. How could they not know before 10:30 pm there were no rooms available? Unacceptable. I emailed their general manager, Charmie Ruffy, the day after. She chose to ignore my email and not respond to me. I called a week later and spoke to her. She said "Sorry, that is just what happens in the hotel business." Really? When I told her I would not be staying at another Residence Inn again, she basically said "Ok, thank you" and hung up. I guess she does not care if she treats Marriott's customers with respect. Very poor service and a great disappointment.

I always call and confirm my reservation the morning of my stay, added my husband's name to the reservation as well. Got a call from my husband inquiring which hotel we were schedule to stay at, this after a 4 hour drive. I told him the hotel he stated they couldn't fine our reservation and sent them to another hotel. I called immediately and was put on hold several times, finally they said they found the reservation Since it was late My family jumped over to grab food and settle in as we had soccer the next morning. During the morning we realized the one bathroom had NOT been cleaned or serviced. There was mold on the ceiling and a dirty rag on the shower rod. They stopped by and asked that the bathroom be done and extra bath towels be left. Guess what.... later that night when we got back , the bathroom was still NOT CLEANED, NO EXTRA TOWELS, nothing. Upon Check Out this morning husband mentioned all of this again only to be told , the issues had already been dealt with with their manager??? Nothing had been dealt with. I'm very disappointed in this hotel and their lack of communication and cleanliness.

Staff are great. Property needs remodeling and updating. Kitchen not fully furnished. A few mismatch pieces of cookware, glass, and cups.

5 star service. What are pleasant surprises to meet such an excellent service staff especially Shanice. I can overlook minor problems due to great customer service and their professionalism. I will stay here again.

The first night I had a room with an AC unit that sounded like an engine was running all night, got little to no sleep. The second night I was moved to a one bedroom room with a smaller bed. I was told it was an upgrade but the TV in the bedroom would not go on and the carpet was coming apart. The room seemed run down. The AC worked and was not noisy in this room, I was at least able to sleep. They also add on $14 a night for parking, this mattered because I was traveling for work and this parking put me over the allotted per night amount I supposed to spend. There is also no fitness center, which seems odd as most hotels have them. Not the best experience at a Marriott, although I had worse once before.

The TVs won’t let you use Fire stick, which to me is very offensive. Otherwise it’s pretty nice compared to other Residence Inns. Shower updated, fancy glass barn door type. Modern light fixtures. Mattress was a bit hard; covers skimpy. Pillows good. The first room they gave us smelled like smoke, so they gave us another one and it was fine. I’d say it won’t be my first choice when we visit again, but not the last choice.

Don’t stay here. If you get locked out of your room because the door won’t open they don’t have 24 hour maintenance so you are completely out of luck. The manager won’t try to help and get you a room that works either. The pull out bed is falling apart and no loved one should ever have to sleep on it.

Very clean with a nice sports court. Lots of good quick food places around it. Kind of tricky to find the entrance but a very good hotel overall.

This hotel need updating. There is no gym onsite. It smells like wet mold. The heater didn't work in my room. The room appliances need updating. They did bring a portable convection oven to the room. Dishes mismatch. TV from early 2000s. They have the elevator button taped. Everything you need you have to go get it from the front desk. Wouldn't stay here again.

The walls are very thin. Zero room insulation. I can hear the dude from the next room snoring. NO KIDDING! My room was clean and spacious.

The room was clean but maybe the bathroom needed a bit more attention but other than that it was a good stay. We asked for a fan and they happily provided it and we asked for a basketball 🏀 and they had that too! I was very pleasantly surprised to see the Holy Bible in the drawer! Thank You so very much

The check in process could’ve been nicer. Had to wait quite a bit for FD to even come to the desk. But other than that, the stay was nice. Residence Inn always had plenty in their rooms for an accommodating stay

Low quality construction; noise seeps through the windows, doors, walls and everything else. Maids talk loudly early in hallways. Partial breakfast - no cereal, no eggs, no toast. TV and internet spin and buffer every 2 mins. Very little as expected.

Lied to my face. Asst. Manager, Manager, Night Auditor. Called the cops on us for citing their own policy to them about late checkout. As Titanium Elite members, we were GUARANTEED a 4 pm checkout. They started knocking on the door at 11am. THEN THE VACUUMING THE HALLWAY FOR TWENTY MINUTES ONLY IN FRONT OF OUR DOOR. then the leaf blower right outside our window only. This happened. Not at all what I come to expect from a Marriott brand hotel.

The friendliness of the staff is the main redeeming quality of this property. At every turn they helped out. The reason for three stars in what would have been a four star stay was housekeeping. We had a few issues like our room not being fully cleaned the first night, housekeeping getting the drain stuck down the second, no house keeping the third day so I had to fetch towels.

Nice room. I miss the hot breakfasts. No handhold in the shower/tub. No safety mat in tub.

We stayed overnight here after a visit to Monterey. The rooms were clean, it had a business working space in the lobby along with a small food service. The personnel were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

I was only there for a one night stop to break up a long road trip, but my room was as nice as any I've stayed in, even at much more expensive hotels. Friendly and attentive staff made my stay pleasant. Breakfast was warm and filling. I'd stop there again.
