Called 3x with no answer to place online order. Drove by and noticed that nobody was in parking lot. Pulled in and went in, waited several minutes for the 3 employees to get off their personal cell phones. I felt like I was bothering them but still placed my order. Food was expensive above average but was good. Overpriced for poor service.

Walked in Friday night around 8:30pm They close at 9pm. No one to be found. Used bathroom and came back. Still no one. Finally someone came from the back and waited on me. While I was eating a couple came in, had same experience. When someone finally came out she told the people that they closed at 9pm. It’s was 9:02pm. They were in there before 9. They weren’t served and left. Who owns this place? They need a lesson in customer service.

We went for lunch and since the store was busy we decided to do take out. I ordered an Italian sub and my wife ordered a club sub. Sandwiches were served toasted. They were tasty with a good amount of meats and topping. The firehouse sub story is very compelling, as the give a portion of the proceeds to first responders. That alone is enough to make me a repeat visitor. They are quick and friendly with the service. Overall a good experience.

I was so impressed with this Sub Shop the food was obviously great but I also like the fact that the sandwich wasn't in styrofoam it was more like like cardboard and placed in a brown paper bag I like what they try to do for the environment as well as the food they make. very impressive place

Omg!!! What are you guys doing?? First time ordering from firehouse subs. I got the Italian. I can say with a hunder percent honesty that this was the best sub I have ever eaten. I could not put it down. The sub was put together nicely, and staked! The taste was incredible! Would recommend to anyone! Only 2 issues I had. One not crazy about the pickle. The other was that I had ordered on the doordash app, so I didn't get the regular receipt. Therefore I could not do the survey and get a chance to win the 500 dollars. However if buy any chance I would won, I would have just started a 500 dollar tab here in Morganton, 😆. Nevertheless I will be ordering from here again.

Very spacious eating inside. Only thing to complain about was I asked for no pickle and it even said no pickle on the receipt but they still put it on the side. I just dont like to waste food because I won't be eating it. Not busy at all. Meat on my sandwich was full. Can't speak for anyone else.

The Hook & Ladder is my all-time favorite sandwich. Unfortunately, my eyes were bigger than my stomach, and I ordered the large. At first, I thought I would eat half now and the rest later. But noooooo. It was so good, I ate the whole thing. Now I am in a food coma. Wake me up when it's time for bed.

This place used to be fantastic for the first couple years but now it’s just plain awful. The NY Steamer is always a favorite but today was the last straw, I’ll just go to the grocery store for some Boars Head and sub rolls. Every single bite, the “meat” pulls out of the sandwich because it’s over 50% fat. This is absolutely not what corned beef and pastrami look like.

This Firehouse Subs has the greatest staff. Always very friendly, and exceptional service. Never had a long wait, and everything has always been very fresh.

Placed a SIMPLE online order at 4:14 pm. Was told online it would be ready at 4:30pm. 3 sandwiches, no sides or drinks Arrived at 4:20pm and was told it would be 5 or 10 mins. Sat at a table patiently. At 4:25 a group of 4 and a group of 2 ordered at the counter. They were served food around 4:45pm. Nothing for me. Was my order not a priority? At 4:50pm I asked about my order and was told it was coming up next. Waiting 40+ minutes for 3 sandwiches and being skipped in line is completely unacceptable. I asked for my money back. Some guy in red with a birthmark on his neck told me "sorry we got busy". Makes no sense. I wasn't offered anything to make it right. A cook then told me new guys were messing things up. I got my money back and left. Now I'm going home hungry with a child. I will never dine at a firehouse subs again and will suggest the same to my family and friends.

Just moved to the area and stopped in after a long day of unpacking. The 2 guys there were prompt, friendly, and precise. Absolutely a good experience and well be back.

Don't waste your time placing an online order if you are trying to beat the line. They do those last. The people standing in there take priority. I arrived on the dot when my food was suppose to be ready. Stood in there 15 minutes beside the online pickup. No one spoke to me or even acknowledged me. I had to go over and tell them I had a online order due 15 minutes ago. And then they started on my order. It's like this everytime. Food is always amazing and the people working there have always been nice and friendly. But orders should be made in order. They had my order over 20 minutes before I arrived. No reason it shouldn't have been ready. Do better

I order here pretty regularly and it'd always been good. The other day they got my order wrong, it was like a half hour before they closed so I wasn't that upset probably tired and all. Anyways called the next day and not only did they replace the one they got wrong, they replaced the whole order. Props to this team for not giving me a hard time, 10/10 I'll be eating here again

So we came into fire house today and ordered a stake and cheese plane and a Jamaican jerk. I proceed to the bathroom and hade pee everywhere tbh.... But anyway I got back to my table to see a Jamaican. But not my stake and cheese instead I was handed a Cajun chicken. It wasn't bad but not what I wanted or ordered so please just listen little lady it's not to hard. And if you can't hear me please say something but got to try something new. But you should still be paying attention. check your receipt when you order

I’m not one to complain typically because I know people try to do their best but I stop to get a sub every other Wednesday night around 7:00 after a long day at work and this is the second time that my order was wrong. I didn’t get tomatoes on my sub or a pickle on the side both times. And I didn’t order vinegar on my sub but that was all I tasted. I even checked my receipt to make sure it was on the receipt correctly and it was. Hoping to have a better experience next visit.

Was usually my go to, but here recently, the subs just are not getting steamed enough. I order the same sandwich each time and a beef and cheddar brisket should never be cold and the cheese look slightly heated. I hope this gets fixed and the subs get heated properly. I will give it one more try and give a final review on that, but for now, just disappointed.

Wanted something different and I got their chili. First of all the amount of salt in this small cup was bad. Glad I only got the cup. Second, Wendy's chili is so much better.

Had dinner here this evening. I find it the cleanest and as professional of staff as I've experienced through many dining experiences. Quick, Reliable, Delicious, Repeat.
